The driver was already waiting for us at the airport. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. He pointed out a bunch of spots he recommended. He stopped on the way to our Airbnb so we could get breakfast. A huge plus is not only do the vans have air conditioning but they also have WiFi. Our two hour drive was very comfortable. Definitely recommend booking this service if you have a big group.

This transport was a very quiet comfortable ride from Jaco Beach to SJO airport. This was our last day in Costa Rica and we were day drinking so our ride to the airport was nap time!!! The van was super clean and very comfortable. As well as very new .

Great company! Even when our flight was delayed, our driver, Ricardo, was waiting right for us. Super nice. The van was immaculate and made the 2 hour drive from the airport to Jaco so pleasant. We plan on using them for our ride back.

Our driver was at the airport holding a sign with our name when we arrived so we didn't have to wait. He offered to let us stop along the route to souvenir shop and get some authentic Costa Rican food. He also pointed out some historic sites that we passed and took time to explain the history of some of the roads we traveled on. Unfortunately they were doing construction work on one of the bridges that we had to pass which made our trip extremely long, but that was out of his control and he did what he could to still make sure the trip was enjoyable. I would definitely use this service again!!!

The driver arrived early for pick up. He was very helpful. Loaded our luggage and off we went. My only disappointment was that he didn’t speak any english, so communication was difficult, as we travelled.

We booked transport from the airport to our accommodations, the driver was there waiting for us, he was very friendly, spoke very good English, and made to stops along the way on our request!! As a group of 10, it went very smoothly! I will be booking, transport with Viator for transport back to the airport upon departure! It’s a no brainer!

I scheduled (2) one way trips between SJO and Jaco. We were greeted promptly at the airport in a private van. Driver offered to make a stop if we needed. On the way back to the airport, the driver arrived on time at our accommodations and we were transported back to SJO without incident. Super easy, turn-key experience. Vans had wifi and both drivers spoke English/Spanish well.

It was a great experience! Our incoming flight was delayed several times, they communicated that they were watching and would be waiting for us when we landed at whatever time that was. We used then several times during our trip as we were traveling as a large group of 12. Vini was great! When our fishing charter was delayed getting back by 2 hours they were there waiting and excited to hear about our great catches.

Our driver picked the 14 of us up at our airport hotel and then drove us to our VRBO house. He stopped so we could see some crocodiles. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and told us about some of the sights we passed.

Carlos was fantastic! Our flight was delayed and this didn’t cause an issue. Carlos was ready for us when we landed and was very friendly. The van for 8 of us had plenty of space for all our luggage as well.

Vini was a wonderful driver. Had a clear sign for us to find upon leaving the airport. Stopped along the way so we could get snacks for the drive. Even offered to stop for lunch, but our group was eager to get to our destination. Safe driver. Pointed out sites along the way. Highly recommend.

Safe Travel in an Air conditioned car for my wife and myself from SJO airport to Jaco on the coast. 1.5 hr drive with a great and safe driver Allen. Allen was at the exit from customs and baggage claim with my name on his dry erase board. He was accommodating for bathroom and drink stops. I was expecting a van as advertised for 1-5 person but we ended up in a private car which was surprising. The car left rear sounded like it needed new brake pads every time we braked. We arrived safely at our destination in Jaco.
