The driver was already waiting for us at the airport. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. He pointed out a bunch of spots he recommended. He stopped on the way to our Airbnb so we could get breakfast. A huge plus is not only do the vans have air conditioning but they also have WiFi. Our two hour drive was very comfortable. Definitely recommend booking this service if you have a big group.

Yorlen was our driver. He showed up right on time and delivered us to our hotel in San Jose with no problems. He was a nice conversationalist as well. It was nice not having to deal with a rental car and getting around in a country we were not familiar.
Even with our flight
delayed our ride was ready with a smile. Very courteous. Got to the resort safe.
Odysea did a wonderful job bringing us to and from SJO to Jaco. Mike Rodriguez was exceptional for our first ride. We could not have asked for a more perfect driver to pick us up and introduce us to pura vida. He delighted us with stories and information on the area, made us feel welcome.
Vinnie brought us back to the airport and was so kind and provided us with a quiet, smooth ride. He even had a secret place to drop us off to avoid the endless line of cars at the airport.

Juan picked us up on time. Very curtious handling all of our luggage. He even stopped at a store where we could by some food and drink supplies for our hotel room.
Traveled with wife and 4 kids. Lowest price I could find and had entire sprinter van to ourselves. Driver was very professional and accommodating. He stopped at grocery store outside our hotel and waited while we shopped.

Our private shuttle service was affordable without compromising quality. The shuttle was in excellent condition. Our driver waited even though it took us two hours to get through customs, and he stopped along the way so we could buy groceries.

I forgot the name of our driver but he was great! We were greeted at the airport by our driver with our names on a sign. He offered to stop off so we could get drinks. He navigated well to get us to our Airbnb. We would def use this service again for travel from San Jose to Jaco!

This transport was a very quiet comfortable ride from Jaco Beach to SJO airport. This was our last day in Costa Rica and we were day drinking so our ride to the airport was nap time!!! The van was super clean and very comfortable. As well as very new .
We booked their roundtrip and they were great to work with. They were punctual both times and even stopped at one of the viewing sites so we could enjoy. Great transportation service!

Great company! Even when our flight was delayed, our driver, Ricardo, was waiting right for us. Super nice. The van was immaculate and made the 2 hour drive from the airport to Jaco so pleasant. We plan on using them for our ride back.
Our driver was at the airport holding a sign with our name when we arrived so we didn't have to wait. He offered to let us stop along the route to souvenir shop and get some authentic Costa Rican food. He also pointed out some historic sites that we passed and took time to explain the history of some of the roads we traveled on. Unfortunately they were doing construction work on one of the bridges that we had to pass which made our trip extremely long, but that was out of his control and he did what he could to still make sure the trip was enjoyable. I would definitely use this service again!!!

Owner messed up the pick up time then proceeded to rage text me demanding I tip the driver above & beyond for their mistake. Borderline harassment.

Our transportation to and from Jaco was seemless. The transit operators were very courteous and a pleasure to be with.
The driver arrived early for pick up. He was very helpful. Loaded our luggage and off we went. My only disappointment was that he didn’t speak any english, so communication was difficult, as we travelled.

We booked transport from the airport to our accommodations, the driver was there waiting for us, he was very friendly, spoke very good English, and made to stops along the way on our request!! As a group of 10, it went very smoothly! I will be booking, transport with Viator for transport back to the airport upon departure! It’s a no brainer!
