We brought a group of 19 college students. The guides are great, they speak good English, and they were very charismatic with us. Zip lining was our favorite, then repelling. The horseback riding was fun, ATVing was good too, but they don’t let you go very fast, which was a bummer.

We had a great day. It was long and I would recommend only if you are physically fit. Luis and Ricardo, along with Lassie and Punky as supervisors were great! It was about a 9 hour day. Lunch was very good. I think the efficiency between the adventure could have been better. We saw the same areas multiple times. But all in all a great day.

Jesus and Mike were absolutely amazing! They were both incredibly patient with my 70 year old mother who did all activities! Mike taught us a lot about different things the plants are used for. It was really fun getting to know him along the way. These guys were the BEST! Pura vida!

Our family booked the ATV + Zipline + Waterfall Rappelling + Tractor Jungle Tour and horseback riding package through Viator for our Christmas trip, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every activity was well organized, safe, and packed with excitement. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the entire day even more enjoyable.
The ATV ride was thrilling without ever feeling unsafe, the ziplines offered amazing views, and the waterfall rappelling was a standout moment for all of us. The tractor jungle tour and horseback riding added a great balance of adventure and relaxation. As a family of four, we appreciated how smoothly everything flowed and how well the staff took care of us throughout the day.
The only area that could use improvement is the support facilities. The restrooms and showers are functional but definitely need significant updating to match the high quality of the activities themselves. Upgrading those amenities would elevate the entire experience to a perfect five stars.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable adventure. With a few facility upgrades, it would be flawless.

We mostly enjoyed ourselves, but there are some caveats.
1: It's truly only a 4in1 not a 5in1. When they drive you to the zipline, they count that as a "jungle tour". It's simply a ride to the zipline - not a "tour".
2: It's doesn't have to be an 8hr excursion. There was way too much downtime in between each leg of the excursion. This added a bunch of unnecessary time.
3: There are 7 ziplines. This could've been capped at 5 & the experience would've still been good.
4: I had several conversations about our lunch preferences, & yet somehow some were still wrong. Super disappointing.
5: They give you a juice which is in a bag, that I'm guessing was homemade. It was good, but one of ours had an ant closed up in the bag.
!!BRING WATER!! (they give you water, but not until.the very end)
The trek up to the waterfall & the zipline is not for the faint hearted. If you wear water shoes, make sure they're comfortable. And if you wear sneakers, make sure you don't want/need them anymore. Once your shoes get wet in the ATV puddles, they'll never be the same. My didn't even get soaked, & I dried them immediately afterwards, but they never recovered.

Thank you for your feedback. We carefully reviewed the logistics of your visit, and there was no excessive downtime that day. Your group had a scheduled 30-minute break to rest and enjoy lunch, which we consider fair and necessary for a full-day adventure.
Your group began with the ATV tour immediately after check-in, followed by a private horseback riding tour. After lunch, you continued with the tractor jungle tour, rappel, and zipline. During the rappel activity, your group chose to wait so all members could descend together, as they preferred not to divide families. This is completely understandable and something we always respect.
During the rappel and zipline, your group shared the experience with only four other guests, as we operate with limited daily capacity to maintain an exclusive and personalized experience.
Our zipline consists of 8 cables and 10 platforms, and the experience is indeed a 5-in-1, as it also includes our tractor jungle tour, which many guests truly enjoy.
As part of our quality control process, we keep detailed time records, and our guides are required to report the start and end of every tour in real time each day. This allows us to closely monitor operations and ensure minimal waiting times.
One day prior to your visit, we sent detailed recommendations to all guests, including guidance on appropriate footwear for the activities.
Regarding the juice, you informed us a few days later while already at your hotel. We apologized immediately via WhatsApp. Had it been reported during the visit, we would have gladly replaced it on the spot. We have since addressed this with our temporary restaurant partner. Our new on-site restaurant is currently under construction and expected to open soon.
We truly value all feedback and continuously strive to improve day by day to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Amazing day out. All the staff especially Andres. were so freindly and proffessional. The acticvities ran seemlessly from one to tge other. There were four in our group so very little waiting during Zip lines and Rappelling. And plenty of time was allocated to the horse riding and ATVs. The food was delicious. If i had any critisism . It was uncertanty of the travafers to and from the venu , we were staying at Crocs resort Jaco which is not on their pickup location list. But really gad no need to worry, the tranfer was seemkess. All in all a Highly reccomended experience

It was the most amazing day! We rode horses to a waterfall that we then repelled down! I never dreamed I’d do something like that. I certainly wasn’t graceful, but I’m proud of myself for doing it! Then we rode the horses back and proceeded to climb to the first zip line platform. Another first for me, we did 5 zip lines then took a break because the climb to the 6th one was no joke! But the 6th one was the highest and the 7th was the longest at 800 meters. It was incredible! After that we had lunch and then rode an ATV around the property for about an hour. Andreas, Luis and the other guide, whose name escapes me, were WONDERFUL!
I highly recommend this tour!!!

First off I love the fact that everything is in one place and you do not have to keep getting in a vehicle to go to another location this place has so much to offer. We also enjoyed our tour guides Andreas, Ricardo and I believe Luis they work amazing together to get the job done and keep everyone safe they were so polite and very attentive.

Andres and Luis were a wonderful time. They absolutely made our day. We were able to ride atv’s up to the waterfall, where we did the repelling. Next, we got to enjoy 7 zip lines with amazing views. We were then given an authentic Costa Rican meal, which we really enjoyed. To end the day, we rode the horses. Andres made sure we were safe and Luis made sure we had fun. We even locked our keys inside our car, and both of them were more than willing to help us, which we GREATLY appreciated. Couldn’t recommend this excursion enough! Shoutout to Andres and Luis (whoever their boss is, they need a pay raise for how well they did their jobs)!!!

My family had an amazing time. We were late due to getting lost in the mountains, but the staff made sure we were able to all of the activities even in the pouring rain! The zip lining was amazing and we loved rappelling down the waterfall. The food was decent, basically something to fill your belly before tons of activities.

I enjoyed my time experience of moseying along a course on horseback with a friendly/knowledgeable guide. The ATV experience was okay on the course. I would like to have been forewarned about the potential of receiving a steam burn on my inner calf where my footrest was. The Rappelling was exactly what I was hoping to experience as a novice climber. And the ziplining was enjoyable and fun, with the final lines view spectacular. The lunch was edible/average, nothing special. I appreciate the care and warmth of my guides. I felt cared for; I enjoyed the whole experience all in all. I recommend this tour.👍😁

The activities were a great experience all together! The staff were phenomenal! We brought our 8 year old with us and the zipline activity was a scary for him but our guide, Andres, was so kind as patient with him. He rode the zipline with my son until my son got comfortable going on his own. We were all cheering and celebrating when we saw my son did the last zipline on his own! The staff made all the activities fun which turned this day to be such an amazing memory for us! They were very accomodating and kind! Waterfall rappelling activity seems scary but doable. My 12 year old loved it! There were a total of 7 ziplines. The first 5 were just enough thrill and excitement that I could say I would do it again! I didnt do the last two because the guides said it's really high and it's a mile long. The guide tried to show us where the line is for the "big momma" zipline but we could barely see it! It was so high up from the ground! The people who did the last two ziplines said it was amazing! The horses for the horseback ride were well trained. The guides took us into the jungle and crossed a couple of rivers which was so much fun too! The ATV activity was a lot of fun! You have to be at least 14 yo to ride on your own. The guides were so kind and accomodating as well! We stopped a few times because they wanted to show us a plant or a bug or an animal that's native to costa rica. They also took a very nice picture for us! Overall, the experience and staff is 5/5! The only downside is the food for lunch. Wear sturdy water shoes and bring bug spray and water.

This is an all day event and includes ATV, horseback riding, zip lining and rappelling at waterfall. Pro tip: bring a mask or bandana for the ATV since it kicks up dust. But the ride was long and you go through the jungle/forest and will splash through creeks so be prepared to get wet/muddy. But it is an adventure, after all. The horseback riding was more relaxing, since the horses do the work. This is a ride also through the jungle, not at the beach. The guide will ask if you want to gallop near the end, and this will get bumpy. Some horses will go full trot. Lunch will be provided between activities. Ziplining was fantastic, you really get the see the view of the jungle. Rappelling was great too but will be slippery on wet rocks so bring footwear that has good grip and you don't mind getting wet. Pro tip: make sure you figure out your ride after the adventures are done; most Ubers are at Jaco and will cancel on you (and if you get one, you'll have to wait 20 minutes for them to arrive).

Great time at this tour. Each activity was guided by very experienced professionals. Jeffrey, Luis and Richard were our tour guys. They made the experienced super fun keeping us safe but at the same time at ease. I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone. They took their time we did not feel rushed and were there with us ever step of the way. One of the tourist even lost her phone zip lining and one of our tour guides went in search for it and surprisingly found it and returned it to the tourist who had lost all hope that was truly incredible to go that extra miles. Great experience over all 10 stars for us.

This is a must do! Jeffery, Louis and Justin were amazing! They were so helpful and wanted to make use you were having a great time! Of course we were! They made sure we saw the monkeys, Tucson’s and the Dark frog and also told use about some of the trees and we ate some fruit from them. They also picked some leave that we are in the jungle. Lunch was really good (like a whole meal). Horseback riding, ATV, Repealing down the waterfall, Ziplining, Tractor ride were soooo much! The views we saw were BEAUTIFUL!!!!

This was such a fun day. Absolutely no negative things to say, my partner and I had an amazing time. Each activity felt like it had a good amount of time dedicated to it and we never felt reused, but it also never felt like it was dragging on. The guides were all amazing and the lunch was delicious and filling.

This was a 10 star day! My husband and I were the only ones on the tour. Going on a Monday paid off and we had a private experience. Our tour guides were Jesus and Luis. They were fantastic, funny, interactive and tailored the experience to our interests. Jesus was very knowledgeable about the animals on the ranch, local activities, and wildlife. The quality of the experience was great. Food was fantastic. The horses seem very well cared for and loved by the staff. We did not need bathing suits. Sunscreen is a must. Water shoes or strap on sandals would be best for waterfall rappelling and the zip lines. The tour guides work very hard and it's evident that they care about their jobs a lot. Awesome job!
