Our guide, Chris was very knowable, friendly and a good photographer. We saw toucans, white faced monkeys, other beautiful birds and a hummingbird sitting on her next. Truly amazing. The views at the top we spectacular.
Put this in your list of things to do. For an added bonus the food was and drinks were great. I recommend the watermelon slushy no sugar added.

Zero animal or bird sightings. I ask when was the last time you even saw a monkey. Response was weeks ago. Animals play hide and seek. What a scam and waste of time and money.

Beautiful, peaceful tram ride up into the mountains. Also perfect for those with limited mobility. My sister uses a cane; she easily climbed in and out of the tram. The views are worth the trip.

The cost seems high for what we experienced. The aerial tram was very slow but shorter in duration than staff quoted.
We were advised there was 1/2 hour on observation deck. We didn't need even 10 mins
The butterfly garden was a disappointment - limited butterflies or activity. Not sure garden was in good repair.

The aerial tram is intentionally operated at a slower pace to allow guests to observe wildlife and enjoy the rainforest canopy, but we understand how important it is that the duration matches what is communicated. We also regret that the observation deck and butterfly garden did not feel worthwhile during your visit. Wildlife activity can vary depending on weather and time of day, but the condition and upkeep of our facilities are within our control. My daughter and I enjoyed the experience my wife is a bit agrophobic so she stayed on the ground. My guide was very informative and found a sloth in the trees. The pictures that my daughter and I got were unbelievably beautiful. The butterfly enclosure was stunning, a couple of them landed on me and my daughter and my wife. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The ride to the place was on a very rough gravel road. The place looks run down. Cable cars were rusty and old. Later we went to far better olace than this.
