Meet at Rainforest Adventures Jacó, located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) east of Maxi Palí in Jacó, Costa Rica. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Transportation is not included; guests must make their own way to the park. Free parking is available.

Duration: The complete experience lasts approximately two hours.

Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all participants.
Optional Guide: An Aerial Tram guide is available for $20 per reservation for groups of up to eight guests, payable directly at the park.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a raincoat are recommended.
Wildlife: Wildlife is observed in its natural habitat, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
Rain or Shine: This experience operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.
Onsite Services: A restaurant, cafeteria, lockers, and photography services are available at an additional cost.
Parking: Free onsite parking is available.
