Absolutely wonderful experience! They have a small “orchard” of cocao trees. You lliterally learn everything from tree to finished chocolate. Mary and Heydi were wonderful, very knowledgeable, funny and interactive. You can participate in the old way of processing chocolate as well as learn about its origins. This is our 2nd chocolate class, the first one in Puerto Rico, and was by far the most informative. Would recommend to anyone looking for something enjoyable and different here in Costa Rica. Plus you get to sample tons of fresh chocolate 🩵

This was one of the coolest tours we got to sample a lot of chocolate and learn about how it is made very very informative. From the fruit to the finished product of eating it, it was amazing.

The guide was ummm interesting. I think he could have shared more about the different types of coco. The activity in itself was cool though. The treats we ate were very nice.

the whole exhibition was great - they explained chocolate from tree to making chocolate - lots of good info that i had not known - this location is great, you can do this and then ho into
zipline ot atv tours almost immediately.

This was such a great experience, especially Mariela (Mary) and Kia. It was fun, engaging, full of humor and perfect for families. My two year old even had fun! The facility is lovely and we would have done more if our schedules permitted. A great investment if you want an engaging experience to learn all about chocolate.
