I want to sincerely thank your group for its efforts. I lost my passport on the tour, I was distraught and beside myself. I didn’t get to the boat, I went looking for my passport. The group found it and contacted me within a few hours. This could have ruined my vacation and you all saved me. Highest praise and my deepest thanks to you all. the shuttle part was horrendous, and disorganized and on the return they didn't drop us or our friends anywhere near our hotel. He said you 're getting off here! The docks where the ferry pick up is DANGEROUS people were falling , they need to let people know about this in advance as I was nervous to fall through the boards. Lunch -im allergic to mushrooms and there were no options for lunch. and the vegetarian option was peppers in Mayo, also GROSS There were several tours on one boat and was too full.

Been looking forward to this trip but missed it!

Was not able to join because we were not picked up from hotel. I paid for transfer. I contaced the operator the day before the event and in the morning to confirm pickup time but no response. Got reply 15 mins after the event started saying we can not be picked up. How irresponsible. My money will be refunded but I missed the opportunity to see the Bosphorous strait. Bad business not delivering as promised.

All of our departures are from the designated meeting point, which is clearly stated in the booking details. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the transfer service. We regret any confusion this caused. As mentioned, your refund has been processed accordingly. We understand that missing the opportunity to experience the Bosphorus is frustrating, and we truly hope you will have another chance to enjoy it in the future.

A varied and very interesting day

A varied and interesting day led by an excellent guide. An enjoyable boat trip up the Bosphorus with commentary was very informative. We had a tour of the Beylerbeyi Palace and then visited the new Camlica Mosque and had fantastic views over the city and Bosphorus. Lunch was back on the boat and very late at 3.30pm so take snacks with you. We didn't have the breakfast as we had already eaten. Views along the Golden Horn from Pierre Loti were amazing and the cable car added a bit of fun. All in all excellent value for money and excellent tour guides. The main criticism would be lateness of the lunch.

The tour was great with boat and bus trips to both the Asian and European sides. The tour guide (English): Jam was good, polite and knowledgeable. But the whole team provided excellent services, especially Bayza who is a lovely lady team member, helping me to buy a public transport card and walking me to the correct station to get back to my hotel on the Asian side. I did not know that most of the tours with hotel pick-up are on the European side, not the Asian side, so transport to the meeting points from the Asian side can be expensive if using Uber or a taxi. The only minor negative feedback was that I did not get a reply for my email regarding a query for an alternative pick-up place and I eventually had to phone the tour operator for the advice.

Boat experience was amazing, and I loved palace visit, l didn’t eat that much breakfast because I had it earlier, lunch was very delicious but small portions, tour guides Nazmieh and a fellow were very nice and helpful. I gave 4 stars just it was a little too crowded and some people were slow and leaving behind and the rest of group had to wait few times
