Was a good day out. Although it was not necessary to stop at the first island as not much to see. I guess lunch had to be prepared during this time and it was good to get off the boat. The second island was much bigger and had some beautiful architecture.

Awful experience

Collected from hoyel 0815 driven 1000 meters waited for 20 minutes another 100 meters and waited for over 30 minutes. Each time no reason given so assumed was to collect more tourists. Get to boat wait for over an hour to depart. On board crew were very dis organised only intetested in selling items to make more. Two islands visted with a bland meal served between islands. No tour of the larger island as advertised. The few announcements made on board boat could not hear or understand. On arrival back in Istanbul tried to sell this time clothes by way of a fashion show. By this time had enough and walked back to hotel. Awful experience and formal compliant on its way to viator.

Thank you for choosing us. But the 1 point comment was a bit cruel.No service required to get 1 point.It is not right to mislead guests who will choose us in the future. You can see our answer details are below. 1-) The transfer service is non private and Shared service. we are pick up our guest from each hotels at 10 minute intervals..you shouldn't complain about it.Guests who do not want to use this service come to the boat at 09:30 by their own means.. 2-) Drinks served on the boat have to be paid extra.this topic is written in the tour details.Our guests can get extra beverage service on the boat if they wish.If you think it is expensive, you will not buy an extra drink. This preference belongs to the guest. and not subject to complaint. 3-)Shop visits appear in the services included in the tour and you have information about this subject while you are taking this tour.(if you want, you can check from the page where you made the reservation). You cannot complain about a service included in the tour that you agreed to at the time of purchase.

The place is good but very bad service and guidance we felt we gonna be lost with no information about the trip..no horse carriage as advertised. Bottom line its just money wasting !!

Dear Muhammad, Thank you for your comment..Unfortunately there is no chance of you getting lost on the island..if you had just listened more carefully to your tour guide, you would have understood the meeting place and time..because in this daily tour, all guests arrive at the meeting point on time..I agree with your complaint about the horse carriage..What Unfortunately, the Istanbul administration removed the phaetons and integrated golf carts instead. However, the number of these vehicles is low and cannot keep up with the demand. We receive a lot of complaints about this.. Even though we have sent our complaints to the necessary places, it has still not been resolved.. Although this inconvenience was not caused by us, we apologize to you. Thank you.. Mr Turan

Vraiment moyen même si le tarif est attractif (32 € par personne)vos mieux payer plus cher et avoir une meilleur prestation . Points négatifs: Café turc à 5€ Goûts musicaux à bord très personnalisés … aux personnel de bord Repas compris dans le tarif des plus minimaliste Visites des (2) îles vraiment identiques l’une à l’autre On reste sur sa faim niveau paysan car il y a des îles très jolies à visiter semble-t-il Le bouquet est le transfert retour où l’on essaye de vous faire visiter une sorte de couturier styliste tanneur pour je pense vous fourguer des cuire qui valent une coui…. Bref on a déserté Point positif L’idée était bonne mais le résultat très moyen

A FUIR !!! Nous sommes très loin de la promesse d'une croisière intimiste annoncé sur le site internet. Le bateaux contenait sans exagérer une centaine de personnes. Et je ne parle même pas de la navette qui était catastrophique ! Entre la premiere navette qui arrive avec 30min de retard, qui nous dépose en plein milieu de nul part sans en connaître la raison. Nous avons dû attendre 1h de plus pour une seconde navette nous ramenant finalement quasiment au point de départ.... une perte de temps considérable autant y aller par nos propres moyens! Nous sommes partis du port à 11h au lieu de 9h30 annoncé initialement Quant à la croisière nous sommes bien loin de ce qui était annoncé (pour changer) un guide inexistant, un calme inexistant également, vous comptiez profiter de la croisière au calme et profiter du bruit de la mer ? Ce ne sera pas pour cette fois, la musique est assourdissante, le "guide" parle quasiment que turc, aucune présentation des monuments ou des îles que nous visitons. Et bien sûr c'est la même chose à aller comme au retour. Pour le prix il est largement préférable de prendre le ferry qui vous coûte bien moins cher et qui est beaucoup plus paisible. Néanmoins n'hésitez pas à visiter les iles aux princes c'est vraiment super
