Information Required to Complete Your Reservation To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated private transfer, please make sure the following information is provided after booking: • Full names of all passengers (as required for the reservation) • Flight number (arrival or departure) • Hotel name and address (pickup or drop-off location) • Airport name (e.g. Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Nevsehir Airport, Antalya Airport, etc.) • A reachable WhatsApp number for coordination and updates Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to collect or verify these details. After that, you will receive clear meeting point instructions before your arrival. Please note that meeting point locations vary depending on the airport. After your flight lands, passengers have up to 2 hours to reach the designated meeting point. If the passenger does not arrive within this time and no contact is established, the booking will be considered a no-show. Important note about hotel locations: Taksim and Old City (Sultanahmet area) hotels are considered standard city locations. Pick-ups or drop-offs outside these areas may require an additional fee. Driver marked it as 'no show' despite the passenger being in active WhatsApp communication and only 3 minutes away. The pickup time was suggested by the provider himself the night before, overriding our preferred later time of 3pm. No such cancellation or no-show policy was mentioned anywhere in the listing or booking confirmation. When I asked him to send the driver again at 14.40, he asked for 1000tl extra. This is completely unacceptable and I am requesting a full refund through Viator. Avoid this service.

Dear Ahmed, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the pickup time of 14:30 was confirmed with you in advance, and you acknowledged this in our WhatsApp conversation. Our driver arrived before the scheduled time and waited until approximately 14:40. However, at 14:19, you informed us that you were having lunch and requested an additional 30 minutes delay, which was not possible. The claim of being “3 minutes away” does not reflect the actual conversation. Regarding your request to send the driver again, this would require a new dispatch and additional cost, which is standard for private transfer services. We always aim to provide punctual and reliable service, and in this case, the service was executed according to the confirmed schedule. We kindly remind all our guests that being ready at the confirmed pickup time is essential for a smooth operation. This company operates like some of the other hotel transfer services at IST. Generally, a fair price to get you from the airport to your hotel. This company specifically was very clear on how to find them, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, our driver was constantly on his phone texting and on the Internet. He kept having to hit the brakes very hard many times when traffic stopped and he was on his phone. I ended up getting extremely car sick from the ride (which almost never happens for me) At the end of the day, they got us to our hotel and provided clear instructions on how to find them at an affordable price, but their drivers could be better.
