This tour, on one hand, was a total disorganized mess! On the other, it is pretty low cost and provides an okay meal and the viewing of much of this city’s amazing lights at night.
To start, we were picked up 45 minutes after we were supposed to, plus it started with a 15 minute window we had to be available, which meant that we sat waiting for over an hour. But they told us there had been some type of demonstration that slowed traffic down, so a lot of fellow passengers were also affected. The cruise left 20 minutes late as a result.
The food was mediocre at best, and ordering drinks was nigh on to impossible. Unlimited soft drinks that are promised? Well, I guess, but it took us four requests to get our initial round of drinks, so it wasn’t worth the effort asking for any more. Dessert? If you call four grapes and some lemon dessert, you get dessert.
The biggest negative was the stated tour length of a three-hour cruise; It was a two-hour cruise, so unless you add our one hour wait time, the advertisement is a flat out Untruth.
But having noted those negatives, for the cost, we enjoyed the city lights, and on balance, it was worth it. I guess! So if you can go for around $30 U.S., which I did, it’s worth it.
Perhaps I’m just making lemonade out of lemons though 😉

The dinner cruise was great! The dinner was good, the entertainment was great, especially the belly dancer and the whirling dervish. And, the staff were very attentive.
My only issue was the transportation, that was included with the ticket. The driver was late picking me up, which was ok, I knew that the boat wouldn’t leave without us. The driver picked me up at my hotel. Upon the return, he refused to drive me to my hotel. He said that his van was too big for the street. Well, the same driver picked me up, in the same van 3.5 hours earlier. He thought that I would believe him that the street somehow got smaller. Anyway, he dropped me off several blocks away at 11:30pm. I argued with him, as did the other guests to not to drop me off where he did. And, this was not acceptable for me to walk alone late at night after booking a tour with return transportation.
I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

The entertainment was very good. The musicians and dancers interacted nicely with the audience. Photos and alcohol were extra but not unreasonably priced. There was no tour of the surrounding city sights, however.

Great views of Bosphorus and Golden Horn. Food and boat accommodations were average. Show and entertainment was delightful. Dancing at end was fun.
Crew very accommodating. Pickup and drop off was convenient.

The event supposed to be for three hours but it only took 2hrs. I asked if there is reservation they said No , when we got there they put us in the back and said everything else is reserved!!!
Food cold and hard . Some workers realize that we are very unhappy and did there best but management was awful one guest told me once they get the money they don’t care !!! He was %100 right . I will never go back and would never recommend it to anyone . Tourist scams!!!

Very good value for the money. Was picked up and dropped home, the dinner was very very good, and the entertainment was fun! Dessert was light, but I thought it was a good choice. There were some small hiccups, but totally understandable given the price

Very Good experience no doubt , entertainment was the best part of the cruise that continued from start till end the performers kept the audience engaged and cherish them by singing songs of there countries in there languages … lovely folk performances , the host arranged for our pick and drop although the hotel wasnt included in the list of there list of pick and drop places , very good customer service in this regard and in general it was good too , cruise was very nice only bathrooms need more cleaning and a little focus on food main course and desert can make it really perfect even though still in this price its no doubt the best…

It was a fantastic experience all the way from booking to final drop-off. 2 minutes after booking, I received an email with pick-up details and other logistics. The driver was on time for pick-up at our hotel, he was very profesional and the transportation van was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived at the port, we were checked in and welcomed by the cruise staff. Our dinner table was ready with prime location for the shows. We were offered drinks and Turkish appetizers which were delicious. Then, the show started with Turkish traditional shows (dancing ceremonies) which were very well conducted. Half way through the cruise, a singer performed in a very unique way. He asked each table which country they were visiting from and put together a list of songs well known in each country. Then, he went around singing songs for people from the USA and UK, Russia, Mexico, Lithuania, Portugal, Chile, Algeria, Kazakistan, Uzbekistan, etc. and in their own language which was stunning to me. While he was performing we had the main dinner which was very tasty. The choices were chicken or fish. Two in our table asked for fish and two for chicken and we all agreed that food was good. We asked for Turkish tea after dinner and the staff quickly accommodated our needs.
Once the signing performance finished, he announced the Belly dance show which was the best belly dance show I have seen. The dancer was very pretty and very engaging with the audience, going to each table for a close up video (of course, we tipped her very well too). All tables from multiple nationalities were very engaged and having a good time.
Once the belly dance show was over, the dancing party started for all people in the audience. Multiple performers went on stage to invite the audience to dance together so it was a fantastic way to finish the cruise. After getting back to land, multiple transportation vans were waiting at the port. The owner (or boss I guess) checked with a list to make sure that everyone was in the right transportation to their respective hotels. Once again, the driver was excellent and took us safely back to the hotel to finish the night. In summary, it took around 4 hours from pick up to drop off and I will rate this tour 9.5/10 so it was a great experience. By the way, some performers looked somewhat like each other so I left wondering whether they were family related in any way.

We had a small problem with the pick-up from the hotel and they were 20 minutes late, when we arrived at the port the ship had left but they literally returned the ship for us. the food is ok, the drinks are ok and the entertainment is superb. 5 stars

I am sorry nothing memorable . Dinner was terrible and so is entertainment. We were packed like sardines on this boat and this is just asking for some disaster to happen one day. Total waste of money and worse of it is the time. Definitely do not recommend this trip to anyone.

Yes, we have a large number of guests, but the capacity of our boat is 230 people and there were 140 people on the boat in the evening you joined. So there was enough space. It is not possible to accept your score. We have delivered all the services we promised in full. Admittedly, this is a group program and people of all nationalities can participate. With the payment you made, you could only eat at the restaurant in Istanbul. A very reasonable sale for the price.

The food and performance were kind of ok. But some of the team members were quite rude and insisted on us being involved in a photo shoot in which they will sell us our pictures after all.

This cruise was super fun! At first, we were a little underwhelmed when we boarded the ship. However, once everything started we were entertained the entire evening. The appetizer was a little different for our taste buds but the main course was so good! Would recommend!

The pick up and drop off to the hotel was great. I wanted a seat near the stage and communicating with the team was very good and my request was honoured.
The entertainment was varied but a little boring. The food was really not good. The soup and hot food was luke warm.
If I had paid more, I would have been really disappointed but for the price i can’t complain.
