We were greeted and taken to the lovely spa facilities at the hotel. Given tea and a full explanation of our package and what to expect. The pool and sauna areas were lovely and clean and relaxing. The traditional hammam scrub and foam wash exhilarating and then a soothing massage. All in all a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours in Istanbul.

The experience was exceptional. Took my mom for a relaxing scrub and massage for her birthday and we got just that. Would absolutely recommend.
We did the sauna first to open up our pores. Then the bath followed by massage and mini facial. Felt so pampered. There was also lots of offer for teas, water or coffee. Again would absolutely recommend.

Facilities not cared for, steam sauna was not working, there were not fresh towels readily available, the relaxation area covered with damp towels. One comb available for your hair and it was not in Barbicide....so basically a commu al comb....do not waste your money here.

While there are private changing areas, all therapists are female and relaxation and pool areas are co-ed. Just wish it had been all male and nudity permitted.

This experience was incredible! We had the best time. The Turkish bath was such a cool experience. The facility itself is super clean. They have showers and everything you’ll need for after the Turkish bath/massage. The woman who checked us in at the spa spoke great English and explained everything to us perfectly. This was a very professional place. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and everytime we go back to Turkey we’ll be getting the Turkish bath. Do not forget to bring a swimsuit with you!

We had booked from 5:30 coming from Asia side of Istanbul which the spa said would not take long using ferry and our previous tour ended at 4. Our tour lasted longer than expected due to it being Saturday and very crowded. Taxi to ferry took much longer also and the 5pm ferry did not arrive until 5:20. The taxi driver said with the traffic we would not get to spa until 6:15 earliest. Our appointment was for 75 minutes with many added extras. Our cruise ship was leaving at 8:15. We were not able to do this appointment and asked for partial refund and was refused. This place could have refunded one of the spa treatments at least.

It was a nice Turkish bath experience for the price. It’s a bit cheaper than some of the fancier baths which can cost around $100 per person, so it’s not as beautiful. But a good price for the experience.

This was a very good experience. The highlight of my time in Istanbul. Sarah the masseuse was fantastic and excellently professional. Melissa at the front desk was also very understanding and accommodating after i arrived late for my appointment due to traffic.

This was my first time to get a Turkish bath and it did not disappoint! I started with a deep tissue massage then a sauna session, and ended with a Turkish bath. I’ve never been more relaxed and felt more clean. Highly recommend

I opted for the deep tissue massage which was just what I needed. I am always confused a bit by the ettiqutte and process, but everyone was helpful. While I did not use the pool after, it was there and I could have stayed for all day if I had wanted.

I booked this as an excursion on our cruise. It was only after arriving there did I realize that the massage is NOT included! What they describe as a foam massage is nothing more than being leathered up, it is not really a massage.
If you go intending to be massaged with oil, that is the way they describe it, this is not the one to book. We had to pay EXTRA.
Our booking was for Felicity spa, which is on the lower level of a hotel. It is a 25 minute walk from Galataport UP a pretty steep HILL!!!
My experience was negative due to the fact that there was a gentleman who entered the pool with his two small children while I was there. He proceeded to let his children splash (each other and me) and make a lot of noise!
Although the manager came in and asked him to control his kids, he told them to make bigger splashes. This pretty much ruined it for me, not the serene environment I was looking for.
