The tour was excellent. You'll need to buy tickets as they are not included. Our tour guide had tickets to the Hagia Sofia but would only accept USD or Euros., no credit cards. At the Basilica Cistern we could only use credit cards. We went in the tour guide entrance so did skip the line.
