Worst experience but the tour part was great

The tour guide was great but the hotel that they put us in wasn’t the one advertised the hotel was dirty and in the middle of nowhere. Extremely dissatisfied with viator and this was the last thing I will ever book from them. Ended up looking for another hotel waisted half of the day on that. Horrible horrible experience specially for what we paid for. I have requested a refund and still haven’t heard back

Dear Laura, our apologises for your big hotel expectations, as there isn't any big hotels in Göreme centre, only average boutique hotels. We didnt advertised any hotel name or hotel photos with any deatils. If you check the tour details part, we only mentioned (Accommodation included: Clean and comfortable hotel will be arranged with very good breakfast to start your day !). At your arrival check in, because very early morning and room check in normally after 12 and you called me that you dont like this hotel for any reasons. Our choose of hotels is in the Göreme centre which is heart of the Cappadocia. Except the hotel situation, I believe everything else with the tours has gone accordingly and we/yourself even added some extras to the program. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

It was an extraordinary experience! The representative of the Funland tour Operation, Sercan—Viator Çiftçioğulları, was impeccable! He was polite and attentive to my questions at all times. Turkish people are so welcoming! I made a quick trip, which meant I took a very early flight from Istanbul, although Serçan offered to change it for the night before. If you are not a morning person, I suggest leaving in the evening (: I paid separately for the ballroom flight to the company Serçan indicated. It was one of my most stunning experiences! I highly recommend this experience and Seçan as your tour operator!
