The quality of the food and drinks are very poor. It’s very hard to see the show with all the people standing up. Also very crowded outside to see the sights.

Don’t buy this experience - the tour operators do not deliver as promised. Upon sitting down we were told the all inclusive experience did not include alcohol ( half way through the cruise I finally convinced them that I had bought an all inclusive experience). The boat was overcrowded and the show was not visible to anyone other than those sitting on the first tables. If you like a bad meal on an over crowded boat with a bad sound system And enjoy the feeling of being ripped off, this cruise is for you.

Overcrowded, noisy and mediocre food

If you want a very loud, very crowded dinner experience with mediocre food, then this is your tour. People were jammed so tightly on this ship that the servers could hardly get around and therefore the service was very poor. We barely got one drink and could never get any additional. The food was mediocre, the only thing I can say good about it was that it was hot. After the traditional Turkish dancing, which hardly anyone could see because of the layout of the stage and the cramped dining, the music was turned up and the ship turned into a dance party. We were looking for something more quiet so we went up on the top deck. The best thing about this was the city lights. Read the full description and know what you’re getting into before you book this tour.

Dinner cruise was fun BUT DON’T TRUST TOUR OPERATOR FOR HOTEL PICK AND DROP SERVICE

The dinner cruise experience was really good and fun. The food was good. We were quite full. The entertainment was fun. We had a great time. The biggest drawback was the pickup service. At the time of booking it mentioned that they will pick us up from our hotel which was 20 minutes away from the ferry terminal. After booking we tried to contact this tour operator a lot about the pick up time but there was answer. Just an hour and a half before the departure time the tour operator contacted us and told that they won’t be able to pick us up and the service is not available and we have to reach there by ourselves and someone from there will take us to the ferry. We hurried out and took a taxi there and our taxi driver tried to talked to the tour operator to which he was told to drop us at a bus station. Taxi driver told us that the operator is coming and went. We were standing at the bus station completely clueless. Then the tour operator phoned us again and after a while found us and took us to that ferry. It was really stressful to get there while we booked this tour because of hotel pick up and drop off only, otherwise there were other operators too who clearly mentioned that they won’t do hotel pick and drop. And the price of this one was higher for that reason. DO NOT TRUST THE TOUR IF IT SAYS IT INCLUDES HOTEL PICK AND DROP SERVICE. We returned to our hotel by ourselves as well.

When we review the telephone conversation with you, we have records that this information was conveyed to you and that you were informed to come to the meeting point or the ship. Food really nice. Drinks were included even though there was a price list/ menu on the table so we expected to pay. Great entertainment - even a parrot came to the show. Great value., longer than expected. Even had free transport to and from the venue

The mini shows were a lot of fun, and the views were beautiful. I wish the menu would have been available in advance. Drinks were hard to order, and the food was OK. A way to see Istanbul for sure.

They were very prompt in accommodating all the guests. Beautiful decor and lovely presentation by various performers. However limited vegetarian menu and seating arrangement was not comfortable as all chairs were closely placed. Too many people being accommodated in a limited space.

Excellent service and entertainment. Food was amazing would i go again YES! Prompt pick up, prompt drop off, boat was beautifully decorated. Dj has some banging tunes!… 10/10 Only thing i would change is the woman who was showing our photographs seemed like she didnt want to be there, moody! The photographer however was professional and polite. :)

Everyone enjoy the shows and also have fun joining the dance after the Performances by the belly dancers. The only reason I gave 4 star is due to the food (starter/appetiser) is not that good, maybe due to our taste bud and we did not get use to the flavours. Also we don't drink which is the second disadvantage for us and we can't really enjoy the drinks. even though they mentioned the soda/drinks were free flow but the waiters didn't even offer to top up our drinks. The Pickup were a bit late and we have to walk out to the main road about 300 meters away from our hotels but we still manage to arrive on time. We were seated in the lower deck (indoor) in the cruise which is good, but we can't actually enjoy the view due to the cold weather (in winter only i guess) and the windows were all foggy "BUT" you can actually have a great view if you go to upper deck but the wind is too cold to handle 😅. Overall, I can say that I would recommend this but try not to go on winters I guess.

Although we werent picked up on the actual booking date (our anniversary) due to a traffic problem, Davut Yildiz our super contact quickly offered us a new booking for the next evening. The driver arrived promptly and we were one of 4 couples in the shared transfer. Once on board we were shown to a great table on the mid deck with a super view of the entertainment area. We also had a seat by the water, had it not rained earlier the protective covers wouldn't have been down to protect us, giving us an even better view of the shoreline, utterly stunning at dusk. This didnt cause a problem and I still got OK photos through the cover. I will say the seating was very tight and everyone was very close to one another, however no-one seemed to mind. The starter was a variety of small appetizers and quite nice, the main was a choice of fish, chicken or meat balls... we opted for fish and chicken. Both good portions although the fish was well cooked, it could have been enhanced with some flavoursome herbs or lemon wedges. The chicken was lovely. Dessert was baklava and very nice. The service was excellent and the nicely dressed waiting staff were very attentive. We opted for the drinks package and let me say it was excellent. We always had a glass in front of us, beer, gin and tonic, fruit juice, you only had to ask. They made sure we were very well looked after. Ahmed (apologies if not spelt correctly) was first class, a real credit to the cruise line. There was another waiter, wished we'd got his name, really got the diners in good spirits. He was dancing throughout the night and kept everyone happy and laughing. Now to the entertainment, absolutely superb couldn't fault any of it. The outfits were fabulous and all the dancers were enthusiastic and smiling throughout each performance, of which there were many. The cruise lasted best part of 3 and a half hours and our pick up was waiting dutifully where we docked with a number board to easily identify him. If you are thinking of taking this cruise/show we recommend it strongly, you will not be disappointed. Many thanks to all involved, you were all worth of this review. Loved this cruise! It was not a sightseeing tour but rather a dinner and entertainment cruise. It was fun meeting people from many different countries , sharing dinner and watching Turkish traditional dances.

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT take this tour, PURE FRAUD they will seat you on a table with 10 strangers, not one precaution against COVID, zero respect to social distancing, their support team claims to be escalating your complaint to a manager then they tell you the manager will call you when he has time because he is busy. The description is very misleading, food is terrible, the place smells bad, on-top they refused to refund. 15 years into reviews and tourism blogging, and this is the worst and most terrible tour package you will ever see.

Very friendly and professional staff. It was in the evening and the weather was slowly starting to transition into cooler days, so it was pretty cool outside. Our seats were outside next to the railing so we had a great view, but it was cold. The staff gave me and a friend a nice blanket that helped a lot. The entrainment was great and the food was very good too. This was my second time on a dinner cruise and my second time in Istanbul. I really enjoyed the experience.

Very nice time spent on board the ship. We expected nice views and we got them, we expected decent dinner and we got it, but we did not expect such a good dancing show on board! Dancers were really good! We did not have a crowded decks as it was described in some reviews, opposite - nice company around at this time of year. Highly recommend activity for couples visiting Istanbul!

Transfert A/R depuis l'hôtel parfait. Le bateau est parti relativement tard, et aucune explication sur les monuments n'a été donnée. Les spectacles étaient sympathiques mais sans cohérence entre eux. Dès que notre serveur a su que nous n'avions pas d'espèces pour son pourboire, nous n'avons plus été servis. Le repas était tout juste correct en termes de qualité et de quantité. Pour le prix, vraiment pas intéressant

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes surpris que vous nous ayez attribué 3 étoiles même si vous étiez satisfait du service de transfert, de la qualité de la nourriture et des autres services. Les spectacles de danse sont des spectacles folkloriques de différentes régions de Turquie, ils ne constituent pas un seul type de danse. Aussi, donner des informations pendant la croisière équivaut à annuler le spectacle. Des visites avec informations audio ont lieu en journée, restauration - animations - spectacles de danse - boissons - transferts, etc. les services ne sont pas fournis. Toutes les visites contenant des informations historiques se font pendant la journée, car il sera difficile de comprendre exactement où vous vous trouvez dans le noir en mangeant le soir.

Отличная поездка! Идеальный вариант по длительности (2,5 часа), невероятные виды, отличная музыка и неплохое шоу. Очень внимательный персонал! Официанту по имени Ирфа отдельное спасибо, на столе никогда не было пусто, даже не приходилось просить. И конечном трансфер из/до отеля - большой плюс!
