We were updated about our tour via “WhatsApp” simple & convenient. Our tour bus was clean & comfortable and our driver could guide us safely through the narrowness of gaps. Our tour guide was passionate & extremely knowledgeable of Istanbul and willing to pass on tips & recommendations to experience the real Istanbul. We were joined by tourists from Peru, Iran & Australia using English for our tour language. Would highly recommend this tour to tourists from around the world.

Operator changed location of pick up. Then was late picking us up. Once he arrived we had to wait 45 minutes for a group to finish lunch. Cable car ride was only 3 minutes. Bus tour was just driving to boat location

Despite this, the tour was operated successfully as described, except for the starting time. Regarding the cable car, it takes only about 3 minutes, so of course there was no need to climb the mountain. The bus tour was not only to the boat; it continued from the boat to the cable car, and after the cable car ride, through the Golden Horn. Perhaps you might have overlooked that part. We truly value your feedback, even if it is a 2-star review, as it helps us improve our services. However, we would also have appreciated if you could share the positive aspects of the tour as well. Terrible Experience

We promptly arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes before scheduled time and waited for 1/2hour. There were several drivers in front of the hotel, we asked them if they are there to pick us up and no one was. The hotel concierge knew nothing about the pickup for the Bosphorus tour. Needless to say, the service was not provided to us. When we asked for the refund, we were simply refused with no explanation. I would stay away from this tour, but I would also stay away from viator. When you book through them, they are not liable for the service to actually be provided.

Good views, bad tour guide

The places we saw wasn’t the problem, it was our tour guide IGRID, first he told us it’s only the cruise and spice bazaar but we had booked cruise and cable car. He just said that’s not my problem so we had to contact our travel agent to get that sorted out. Then IGRID was just moody towards and because the cable car was added by his manager he rushed the cable car Pierre loti experience, we only saw the view for maybe max 5 mins. And when getting on the cable car he tried to split my family into two groups even though the cable car was added for us because that what we payed for.

The tour was supposed to be pickup from hotel but the operator messaged if I can walk to a pickup point (restaurant) that was 15 minute away, from there we were shuttled to the Bosphorus ferry. The ferry was a 1.5 hour round trip with absolutely no description of what we are seeing our tour guide basically just sat and was on his phone. After the ferry we were shuttled to the top of Pierre Loti, for a five minute picture stop then rushed down the cable car back to the shuttle they then took us to an overpriced Turkish delight/ spice shop and spent well over 40 minutes while the owner had us a a captive audience selling expensive delights. We were then dropped off in the old city. I would say if you are short on time and don’t care about any history except a quick ferry , cable tour then this is for you else it’s a waste of money.

Wonderful tour guide explained everything with great detail. Timing was right. Visited the sites during a low season so we felt we were receiving a private tour. Crowds at sightseeing areas was understandable. Enjoyed snacks from places Pierre Loti, Ferry, and restaurant. Great pictures. Memorable chat with the tour guide.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide Amal was very nice and told us a lot about all the sceneries. Great value for money. Meeting point was good. Bused were already there. Everything was good on time. Thank you for the nice experience. Pierre Loti was very nice. Just wish we had a little more free time there to enjoy the view more.

Que no cumplieron en nada con lo que reservé me llamaron el mismo día del paseo para decirme que no podían venir si aceptaba hacerlo al día siguiente ( a pesar que tenía todo organizado para ese día acepté cambiarlo en vez de las 13 me pidieron 8 de la mañana ,dije que si estoy de vacaciones y busco soluciones no problemas .vinieron al día siguiente a buscarnos pero cuando hicimos un par de cuadras me dijo que iría a otros lugares no al que contraté y le dije que no porque donde me llevaban ya lo había hecho el día que ellos me suspendieron .Estoy aún en Estambul y voy a ir a turismo a hacer el reclamo para que me reintegren mi dinero ya que la persona que me llamó no me atiende y dice que no habla Español ,me estafó ya que pague y no me llevaron a ningún lado el Operador a a se llama ~OMER OZTURK quisiera que Uds traten de solucionarlo Ya que fueron a quienes les pague y compré muchas veces y me resultaron siempre fiables y recomendables por favor no quiero tener que levantar una queja a Uds también ,hablen con él y solucionen por favor este problema muchas gracias Operador y que me dé la plata muchas gracias

La parte más memorable fue que no nos reconocieron el horario,era para la tarde y nos cambiaron para la mañana. No nos buscaron en el hotel como estaba acordado, y tuvimos que pagar un taxi para llegar a un punto de encuentro. Tampoco nos llevaron al café Pierre Loti ni al funicular
