They never showed to pick us up. We tried to reach them through Viator and they would not respond. We were there early as indicated and there were no other people at the pickup location. Our only option…to get refunded.

I had read reviews of getting a message 1 hour before being picked up that you have to reschedule your trip because I’m running late, I took a chance and booked it for today. Well I got the dreaded text message about an hour before pickup that we had to reschedule. When you come to Hawaii you schedule your stay with trips and relaxing days and days of outings!! Can just change everything because your tour operators can’t manage there bookings!!

I think this is a scam. We booked this and met at the designated pick up location but no one came. Messaged the lead guide and no response. Hope to get a refund!

They never showed up at the pick up point. I waited 30 minutes and emailed them. No response. Finally I went to the booking and saw that it said “Refunded”. This was not acceptable. Very disappointed. I wasted a day on my vacation.

Went to Hawaii Honolulu and waited at the point location and shuttle bus never arrived. Call and text the person in charge of the tour and never answered or replied to 7 text messages. Viator has not refunded me the money. This trip was on my bucket list and to travel to Hawaii ain’t Cheap either so disappointed. Also had to uber both ways. Horrible experience

I booked it one day earlier, i was at the pickup point 30min before pickup time, i waited and saw noone, 15 after, i got a message that it has been refunded. So yeah, seems like they just cancelled it, because idk, maybe i was only one who booked. But at least i got the refund, and didn’t have to ask for it.

Joe was our guide and was awesome. The hike was not too hard, but you have to wear either legit hiking shoes or water shoes. We went under the waterfall which was magical

Joe was great, he was knowledgeable about the surroundings, trails, and Hawai’i in general. He let us guide the pace and when we got to the waterfall we were able to really relax and spend quite a bit of time there.

Bryce was our guide, and he was amazing with our kids. We had our 9 and 4 year old with us, and he was kind and helpful in spots where they needed/wanted help. The hike was awesome and the waterfall was refreshing. Would do it again.

More detail of the hike should be included. There was rain which made the trail harder but it was not appropriate for an 8 year old or my mother in law. It was beautiful and Erin made the most out of a rough situation

It was a great experience. Erin was amazing and sweet. The hike wasn’t too difficult and thankfully didn’t rain. The waterfall was gorgeous. I really enjoyed it.

Bruno was on time and a great guide, but when we booked this we were told it came with rain gear, water and snacks and they were not provided. We also felt he should have slowed down a little and let us take in the sites a little more and maybe talk about the island. With that being said we would still book with him again.

After dong the traditional tours with bus loads of people, it was nice to get out in nature away from the crowds. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and not just about Hawaii. Great conversations along the way. Note that departure times listed on Viator may be incorrect so verify that with Joe and also be aware that the trails can be quite muddy so war appropriate shoes.
