Terrible experience

The operator did not show up at the airport to transport us to the hotel. When we contacted them they indicated there was a technical problem and our reservation was missed. The technical difficulty did not stop them from charging our credit card for the service. I asked them to send someone one and the answer was no, leaving us to find las minute transport from the airport. Don’t use this unresponsive service.

Terrible experience with Elife Limo Service and Viator UI but driver was great

Elife limo service was terrible. They wanted to only pick up within an hour of my flight landing, despite me explaining to them I was flying a fullly booked international flight requiring customs clearance and luggage claim and I was travelling with a senior citizen so needed more time. Then, because the form didn’t have AM/PM, they automatically translated 7:45 to 7:45AM and charged me a change fee. This, I blame Viator for bad UI design. Also, the confirmation said there was no sinage, so I thought the driver would text me his location. As it turns out, the driver did have a white board with my name on it. But he was just kind of lounging. Once we found the driver, he was great. Took us to our destination quickly in a spacious and clean Tesla Model Y.

Very reliable driver, however it was a far walk from the gate which we didn’t expect. As I was travelling with my elderly mother. We paid extra to make sure he was there with a sign, but we didn’t need to as he didn’t meet us at the gate and gave us instructions to where he was.
