Exploring Hong Kong’s hidden food Delights with Ashly!

While there is considerable walking! We experienced all of the Citi’s modes of getting around! From the Ferry to double decker trams to covered walkways and escalators! The delicious part was visiting wet markets and sampling amazing food at various local eateries not easily found as a tourist! Ashly was a wealth of knowledge and a joy to spend the day with!

Tram & Treats – Private Culinary Tour of Hong Kong Booking Number: 1197046705 Confirmation Number: 1581852639 This tour exceeded my expectation and for such a simple culinary tour being extraordinary and most favorable journey throughout Hong Kong was solely due to the most knowledgeable and amazing Owner and Principal Guide named “Ashley.” Prior to our meet and tour date Ashley communicated with me and requested my prioritization of top five interest that consisted of, 1. Hong Kong History, 2. Hong Kong Food, 3. Hong Kong Culture, 4. Hong Kong Shopping, 5. Hong Kong Landscape. Ashley catered my prioritized list provided her to the tour exactly to perfection, I was astounded and totally blown away with the outcome. Ashley is highly knowledgeable, very patient and a true perfectionist, she explain everything from Hong Kong historical and cultural period of 1800 to date and provide the palate the simplest delicate and delicious details of Hong Kong cuisine. Ashley journalistic approach in providing a well recapped and detailed synopsis of my exact tour as occurred proved invaluable to my own detailed journal for my Hong Kong visit. Bravo Zulu Ashley, thank you!! I will take this tour again when I visit Hong Kong and highly recommend this tour to family, friends or anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Interesting and delicious taste of Hong Kong

Kiyo gave us amazing and delicious tour of Hong Kong. We walked to several interesting places including riding the Metro under the harbor, the central-mid-levels escalators and the tram. We also tasted several items we had never hear of and all were yummy. He even took the time to teach us how to use the Metro ourselves. Kiyo's knowledge of Hong Kong and love for what he does was very apparent. We would highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I took this tour with Ashley on a layover in Hong Kong on a recent trip. She was responsive and attentive to what we wanted - contacting us several times before we arrived and setting clear expectations and instructions for day of. She was flexible on approach and timing and was really able to serve our needs. We ate at a variety of places, all super tasty with additional background and info from Ashley. She also gave us such interesting info on our walking tour through both CBD and Kowloon. Rode the 'Ding Ding" and the Star Ferry. Was a great way to get an authentic Hong Kong foodie experience as well as an intro to local history and culture. She was a fantastic guide and host. While this isn't the cheapest option, it was worth every penny!

Ashley was an amazing guide, full of information about the city, its history and its food culture. She reached out weeks before the tour to get pertinent information about dietary restrictions, special mobility needs and goals of the tour and then tailors the tour to the group. She was also helpful in answering other questions we had about staying in Hong Kong. I highly recommend her!!! She is amazing.
