My family and I enjoyed this packaged tour. Ha and team were efficient and highly responsive. They always listen and try to address our needs and concerns. All our tour guides were excellent (Dan for food tour, Din? for Halong Bay, Leo for Ninh Binh and Vu/Lala for Sapa) as well. Overall, the tour was great value for money. There's really nothing to complain about except for our hotel in Sapa (Royal View). It looks and feels worn-out so it's not for the fussy ones. Understand that the hotel is still recovering from the pandemic but at least the staff should have made up for it. Their service (and food) was quite underwhelming - courteousness and willingness to assist guests was lacking. The worst part was it was hard to take a shower because the water heater in all of our rooms was faulty. I'd definitely encourage Ha and team to partner with another hotel in Sapa. Moreover, my family made the wrong decision of choosing the sleeper bus over the limousine bus for Hanoi to Sapa. Unless you want to be cramped into a small space throughout the ~7 hour land travel in a bus full of strangers, then you're better off with the limousine bus (which we chose for our way back to Hanoi, and it was indeed a much better experience for us).
