This was perfect. We had a message after we landed with precise directions of where he was waiting. It was faultless and I think the price was similar to what Grab would have been
It was ok apart from arriving an hour early. It made leaving the hotel a bit more stressful than it needed to be. Plus we were so early at the airport that check in didn't open for an hour
Hanoi evening rush hour traffic can be horrendous. We were slight worried that the driver might be late for our evening airport transport, BUT we were wrong! He was 10 minutes early! VERY comfortable vehicle!
Comfortable vehicle, driver was ready and waiting when we exited the airport. No complaints! Highly recommend!
In Hanoi, the driver did not meet us (as we expected) in the terminal outside of customs. He left a message on Whatsapp in Vietnamese. I asked a Vietnamese man at the airport to call him. He finally showed up about 30 minutes later. He spoke no English, but the drive was fine and the car was clean. Their drivers should have an understanding of English--as most younger Vietnamese people do.

Great experience getting pickup at 5:00 AM at my hotel to go to the airport. The driver arrived on time. I booked two days prior and great communication throughout.
On time and efficient pick up from Hanoi airport. helped us manouver around the chaos at the airport. He also went the extra mile to help us find our serviced apartment.
Great communication throughout the entire process. My arrival flight into Hanoi was delayed, and I was facing some luggage issues which further delayed me at the airport. Throughout, both the management contacts and driver were professional, accommodating, and communicated well. The pick up directions and signage were clear. Overall, this made for a nice conclusion to my stressful travel journey to Hanoi!

Quick, affordable and easy airport transfer. Our driver was friendly and waiting for us after customs as promised.
We did not connect with the driver and had to use another service for or ride. Once we got to the hotel and had cell service, we saw the instructions where to meet the driver. Most other services had their driver's standing around with signs showing their customer's names. We ask some whether they knew our service provider but we're unsuccessful.

We have sent you the meeting location and service confirmation since 30/08. Our driver was at the meeting location holding a welcome sign with your name since the plane landed and waited for you for 1 hour and 30 minutes but still could not contact you.
Great service. Company was very helpful when our flight got cancelled and rearranged the booking for us. Friendly driver who new the route and got us to our hotel safe and sound.
The driver never showed up. We agreed to a time and place for pickup. We waited for a half hour. We had to arrange other transportation. I will be seeking a refund.

The driver was waiting for us at the designated area and we had no problem of meeting him. Our driver was an excellent driver, the ride was very smooth. He helped us loading and unloading the luggage without any prompting. The communication from booking to pickup was clear and easy. We just booked our return with this same company and we highly recommend their service to anyone.

The driver was outside the airport exit with a sign but had also got my photo from What's App so approached me immediately. We went straight to a very comfortable vehicle and to the hotel

The ride and delivery to the hotel were fine. As security has more than one exit, it would have helped to know a specific location to meet. It took a little searching to locate the driver.
Not enough information for pickup time. Driver is very polite. We tried to contact your company when we arrived our hotel the night before, it took us to make several calls before we found someone who answered our phone.
