Pick-up was within the time frame given to me ahead of time and the lunch buffet was very good and had enough variety. I also like the bus driver; he was friendly (he kept giving me yummy treats) despite not being able to communicate in English. As for the tour guide (“Tommy”), he was great at giving us instructions, tried his best in giving us as much information as possible, and was friendly and funny. (I supposed I’m a little partial with Tommy since I had him as a tour guide for two consecutive days. And we had excellent rapport.) Overall, a highly recommended tour!

Terrible buffet but amazing sites

Everything was great except for the buffet. I love asian cuisine and I’ve been eating asian food all my life but this was by far the worst selection of dishes served in a buffet. The hike was a real challenge but it was so worth it when you get to the top. Our tour guide Son was amazing. Definitely coming back here again. I would have given a 5 star if not for the buffet.

This was a very nice day, but very long. The Trang An complex was really beautiful and interesting. I really liked the boating part. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I thought climbing up the 500 steps wasn't really worth it. Very crowded. Our tour leader, Son, was nice and orderly and kept the group on schedule. He did not really give us very much information. He was very kind and friendly however. Our driver, Mr. Do, did a good job. I think it was good but too long.

Really loved this tour. You got a nice mix of history and then stunning scenery. It was also really handy being taken from site to site and Henry, our guide, was full of information! We were staying in Ninh Binh so had as long as we wanted at the last stop which was ideal to explore it all and chill at the top for sunset

Best parts were tour guide, the boat ride in Trang An and Biking activity. Food served was average. Bus was average. Other activities, incl mountain climb was ok.

Very nice tour, everything worked out the way it was intended and a good amount of time was given for each attraction. Guide was great. Food could have been a bit more interesting but given the price of the tour it was still very good!
