    COMPLETE SCAM THEY WILL NOT PUT YOU IN CALYPSO BOAT they will put you in another old cruise where everything is broken, food was not nice, the bus that takes you from hanoi is old and not comfortable, there was not karaoke, we didn’t visit Cat ba national park… 100% SCAM and they dont tell you until the very last minute so that you dont have the option to cancel it… Is absolutely horrible. They ruin my experience in Ha Long Bay… NEVER TRUST VIATOR AGAIN
