This trip was incredible! We got picked up in Hanoi, driven out to Halong Bay and taken on the boat. The boat was beautiful and we were served a 10-course lunch with traditional Vietnamese food. Then we were able to get off and kayak in Halong Bay for about 45 minutes which was gorgeous. Then we were taken to the Heaven's Gate cave which was breathtaking. This was one of my absolute favorite parts of our 3 week trip through SE Asia!

The tour bus was too small with limited leg room especially for a 4hr journey either way. Normal sized people had issues Tour guide was more a ticket collector and did no guiding or explaining Execot explaining cost. Didn't wait for the group give clear timings. Lot of waiting around

overall the trip was great. however, it took 5 hours to go and 4 to come back. it is marketed as a 3 hour journey one way. furthermore, everything is great but soliciting tips, and actively so for the driver, the guide, the boat staff, the boat captain doesnt leave a positive impression.

The bus, boat and the tour guide were fine but we couldn't see/do much as the entire trip was extremely rushed. Couldn't even do the kayaking, as we were told we would have to wait for 40 mins to get the kayak and the guide was not willing to wait that long. Had to go in a row boat instead, which was pretty useless. Absolutely not impressed. Word of advice, don't take such short 1 day trips - if you have time go on your own so that you are not rushed everywhere and can spend time the way you want.

Great all-inclusive day trip to Halong Bay. Despite the long bus ride from Hanoi it was worth it! The boat was comfortable (even in 95-degree heat), lunch was great, the views outstanding. Enjoyed the kayaking and the brief hike into the dry cave. Only con: minibus was cramped for the 12 guests

We enjoyed this tour very much. Halong Bay is a stunning place and the scenery was amazing. The kayaking was a lot of fun. Our guide Ziang was very kind and told us many interesting things about Vietnam and its culture and history. He was very enthusiastic. The lunch on the boat was fantastic.

This is a relatively new tour company and they were out to impress and they certainly achieved their goal. From Te our excellent tour guide, the bus driver the modern boat at Halong bay and to the banquet lunch on board which far exceeded my expectations. A great value for money day trip. This tour far exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Ti of Viet Unique Travel was excellent. He shared interesting info on Vietnam and has a great sense of humour. The boat was new, comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The lunch was delicious and the food just kept coming. They even prepared a special lunch for me as I am a vegetarian. The trip was very enjoyable with the beautiful sights, fun kayaking and breathtaking cave. They even provided a glass of wine juice for our two teenage boys and fresh fruit on the way back to the dock. A much appreciated touch! The van that was used for transport was new and very comfortable. Overall, it was an outstanding day!
