Way Overpriced.

A bit of good and a bit of bad. Good - luxurious room and nice meals. Great communicarion from organisers. Bad - very expensive by Vietnamese standards. Way overpriced. Slugged with a sudden 39 USD surcharge 2 days before cruise. I was travelling wirh a friend. They assumed we were a gay couple and tried to put us in a room together, despite us having booked separately and paid the single rate. The "trek" on Cat Ba Island is extremely ardous. Some warning should be given about this. Charged 219 AUD for transport at conclusion of the cruise. Karaoke didn't work on cruise and no staff in room to fix it and get us drinks. We gad to search the ship to find someone.
