Halifax was a one-day stop on our cruise, so we wanted to work with a private tour guide, figuring that would allow us to see as much of the city as possible in a short time. Our tour with Jimmy did not disappoint! Jimmy was wonderfully communicative before our arrival, which we really appreciated. He gave us an opportunity to mention to places we wanted to be sure to see and gave us clear instructions on where to meet him. He was punctual, came with umbrellas for us to use since it was raining, and greeted us so warmly that we felt comfortable right away. I feel like we really got to know Halifax in the short time we were there, and he even gave us some ideas to explore for after our tour (which we did and had a wonderful time). Highly recommend working with Jimmy if you are planning a trip to Halifax!
