In hindsight I feel I should have postponed the tour when I found out I was the only person on it. However, I didn’t have much time in Granada and I really wanted to do the tour. I had two guides (although I’m not sure why). Both were very knowledgeable and seemed to have experience in different areas, which in a bigger group would have been great but on my own I found quite overwhelming. I didn’t understand a lot of what was said but the information I did understand I found really interesting.

The guide did not even show up and refuses to give us a full refund for the service that she did not give us.

Good afternoon Monika, I explained to her that it was a misunderstanding. I couldn't be there in presence I made a written guide when we spoke on the phone. We agreed half the price of the guide.
