Bonjour les conditions météo ont changé l'itineraire prévu donc déçus forcément car celui qui nous a été imposé, nous l'avions déjà fait!

Bonjour, Malheureusement nous ne pouvons pas changer la météo, par contre, nous n'avons pas imposé la balade au Cap de Creus+vision sous-marine+ stop à Cadaqués de 1h30', que c'est une balade qu'on fait seulement en cas de changement du parcours, c'est vraiement speciale avec le Catamaran. On vous l'a offert, comme à tous les clients, mais pas imposée. Vous avez choisi de la faire, sinon vous l'auriez pu refuser et être remboursée par viator, comme toujours on fait, si c'est à cause du mauvais temps qu'on annule ou on change une sortie. Il y a des clients qui ne l'on pas fait et il y a d'autres que oui. Merci.
