My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The e-bikes were easy, fun, and pleasant to use. We could customize how much skill or work we wanted to put into the riding over the course of trip. (Sometimes we wanted to work hard, other times not. Our guide, Marco, made it possible for us to adjust whatever we wanted.!) Marco was amazingly wonderful and generous. He showed us gorgeous views; gave us context and understanding of Genoa culture, economy and history, and was very fun and relaxed to ride with-. Also, the aperitif was fabulous. Highly recommend this tour!

It was a great experience! Marco is an amazing guide and we biked to very nice areas at the top of the mountain and in the city. Marco was also so kind to offer a nice aperitivo during the tour. I highly recommend this activity!

I would highly recommend this tour.From start to finish Marco was so kind and informative.. The views and towns were spectacular and our stop for a drink and snack made it special. I feel I got the real Italian experience I was hoping for. So much better than I expected. This company are brilliant. Thanks so much Marco. You. Made it special.

I had an excellent trip with Marco on this tour. It was well planned and was very enjoyable riding around the hills and towns of Genoa. Marco was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had a great time.

Dangerous and they made us pay for a chain

The bikes were terrible my one sons chain came off he was almost hit by a vehicle when this happened Francisco said that never happens we fixed that then my other sons chain broke they made him quit the tour only 30 minutes in an walk the bike to the train station and they made him pay 35 euros to replace the chain it was a very dangerous bike path

Hi Gerald, I am sorry you had a bad experience, but all our bikes are 2021/2022 models, we do lots of tours and we had pretty much all good feedback from clients. It's our phylosophy to buy high quality bikes to allow the client to have a good expeirence and then at the end of the season selling them and buy newer models. e-mountain bikes soometimes you need to know how to use them, and if you use a low gear shift on a climb with a full power engine, there is a risk to break the derailleur and the chain. That's what happened with one of the bikes. About the bike path, if you go on strava or komoot you will see thousand of cyclist doing that path. Unfortunately around our area we do not have bike lanes but in Liguria is not easy due to the fact we have sea and mountains. Last, out of 8 bikes only one had an issue. As said, I am sorry if you had a bad experience but there was no chance to provide you with another bike
