There was nothing in Interlaken to spend the day and there is no guide in Interlaken as they dropped us at 10:00 AM and planning to pick up at 5:00. We have to upgrade our trip to Jungfraujoch and paid 600 CHF for it

Awesome day trip, so glad that Lauterbrunnen was part of the trip we could have spent the day there! In Interlaken I very much recommend taking the tram to Harder Klum so worth it for the view alone. So glad our guide recommended it

I have mixed feelings about this excursion. The scenery at both Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken was breathtaking. But we had only 45 minutes at Lauterbrunnen and not-very-good guidance from our guide about what things we should see there (waterfalls) and where to go to see them. Then we had FIVE HOURS of free time at Interlaken, which was way too much time for the amount of things to do there. The description didn’t mention the length of free time; if it had, I would have dressed for hiking, biking, or swimming. Also, our driver was very stressed because he had to get people to different destinations not associated with this particular excursion. At one point he said to someone in our group, “Move your ass. All of this chaos is because of you.” Finally, the temperature on the bus was like an oven; the A/C seemed to be blowing warm air. I was sweating through my clothes by the time we arrived back in Geneva. All in all, I liked the areas we saw but it was a long day that could perhaps be made a bit shorter.

We were very disappointed with the information provided by the guide. He told that lift to the Hard Klum was open. But it was closed. He only dropped us at the Interlaken town and picked us up at 4 PM. He did not drive us around and described things. Very disappointing. No stop over at the lakes.

Roger was a great guide who provided us some interesting facts and stories about Switzerland. Going up to the top of Harder Kulm made the drive to Interlaken worth it.

It's just a very beautiful place and the driver and tour guide were fantastic The weather was hot but tolerable and traffic on highway was very slow due to construction

Really awesome trip! Beautiful scenery on the bus trip up. We had a one hour stop at the gorgeous village Lauterbrunnen, with its seven waterfalls. Then on to Interlaken. We did the funicular/train up to the overlook at Harder Kulm. The view from there of Interlocken, Lake Thun, and Lake Brietz was simply breathtaking. It was like looking at a masterpiece oil painting. We got a dessert and a drink at the restaurant up there before heading back down for free time in Interlaken. The guides did a fabulous job keeping us organized and briefed on our options. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and will always remember the amazing scenery...we took so many pictures! We would recommend this tour.

Very disorganized the driver didn't communicate well..as it was supposed to be English tour...he gave us no direction dropped us and left...I lost two other passengers he didn't wait for them or try to look for them...it was chaotic

I was very disappointed with the itinerary. It was not as mentioned on the website before booking. I paid nearly 145€ per person and it was not value for money. Fortunately, the guide David by the company Keytours SA proposed some places to visit, else we would be at Interlaken whole day. We have not been to Jungfrau park, not stopped to take snap. This websibe cannot be trusted.
