Downloaded app and route before I left. When I was ready to start, the intro worked but nothing else did. Their “help” function in the app did not help.

Didn't work after the Introduction. I called and nobody returned my call. Go to the Tourist Office. They have two tours you can walk and listen to.

Once at starting point it worked great, once I got to the second suggested spot, the app closed and when I reopened it wanted me to walk back to the starting point. So that was a bummer. I had to do the rest of seeing things probably out of order and on my own. Also it would have been nice to have an audio to each of the stops and learn about them

If the app restarts, you do not need to return to the initial starting point. You can simply resume the tour from the point of interest closest to your current location on the map.
