Unreliable, never came

The company had text me 3 days prior to our arrival asking for our Airline & arrival time. I responded within 5 minute with the information (I tried to put a screen shot of the texts in the photo option but it won’t accept it). . Upon arrival in Faro no one was waiting for us. I called the company & was informed that they hadn’t received our flight information in time so they cancelled our booking. There was never any follow up and our credit card was still charged. They didn’t offer to send a car and stated Viator would refund our money. We had to take a $70 taxi to our hotel.

A GOOD DEAL - FAR FROM IT!

Bad experience - rude, and unprofessional practice. Under details, mentioned that they would track your flight plan my was delayed . When I got there - they slapped my prepaid service with an additional 40 Euro surcharge. The words you use under WHAT TO EXPECT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. You should follow the words that you promote. Forcing me to pay 40 euros immediately in cash was cold and uncaring. You should write that off as cost of doing business!

Thank you for leaving your opinion. We do track all flights, and we do not charge customers if the plane is late. Your plane was late, that was not the problem. We waited until all bags were delivered and still you hadn't showed up. It had been 2 hours since all bags had been delivered that you showed up to the driver, because you were inside the airport finishing some business with the airline. The issue that you had with the flight is not our fault, and the time that the driver was there waiting for you, after the plane had landed and all bags delivered, is your responsibility. If there was a problem with the airline you should ask them to pay the extra charge that you've received from us. Thank you for the understanding.
