Paullo was great! Even though the flight was delayed 1.5 hours, he was there on time with a friendly smile, very professional, and helpful during the 45 minute drive. I felt safe and was put at eas with enjoable conversation. I will request him again for my return transport. THANK YOU!!

Service Not Friendly

Driver was not friendly or welcoming at all. We were asked to drag our own luggage to the car which was not in the pickup area like most shuttles but was in the parking lot, a walk away from the airport. When attempting to try and communicate with the driver he was distracted and wanted to hurry us along to get to his next pickup. Not a good service experience.

Mr Joshua, first of all I regret what happened, firstly the fact that I didn't make a reservation for 20 people but goes to 4 and all with the same customer name that deceives us and we thought it had been duplicated, secondly, he didn't even put the correct flight number, when he approached the driver he was rude and just for that we couldn't find a solution and regarding payment I'm waiting for your email to make the return as we agreed. next time be more sincere.

Collected by Carlos. He was easy to find, holding a tablet with our name on it immediately where travellers exited the airport. Very polite and pleasant. Made sure we were comfortable and the temperature was just right. Talked to us en route. Not too much, but enough to feel welcomed and gave us some good advice on places to go. Clear communication on the return trip. Good value for money and good quality service. Thanks
