It absolutely an amazing experience! The hike itself was filled with beautiful scenery that left me in awe. The waterfalls were especially stunning, a true highlight of the journey. But what really made the tour exceptional was Christian himself. He was so knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories about the area that enriched the entire experience. Beyond his expertise, Christian was just a genuinely nice person, making everyone feel comfortable and engaged. His passion for the outdoors was contagious, and it was clear he truly loved what he does. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Christian as your guide. You won't be disappointed! It’s a must!

Our experience was amazing! Our tour guides Luis & Christian were very kind and gave us some cool facts about the forest and its nature around us. They were very helpful with making sure everyone was getting through safely. Both took pictures for everyone to make sure we all captured our experience. It was beautiful and the walk through was amazing as well.

The tour guide was late meeting us at the destination point. The tour was to last 4 hours however it only lasted 3. The tour guide was to return us to the meeting point but left us at the rain forest. Customer service is zero help. Overall the tour was good but to short us an hour and to have terrible customer service is not worth it. There are a ton of providers offering these tours. Do NOT use this vendor!

Kids loved the adventure part of this tour. I enjoyed the time in the rainforest, a fun challenging hike (but not too bad) and the waterslide was fun too. Guide was fun and entertaining. It was easy to find the guide. Some other tours had more safety gear. This one felt adventurous.

This activity requires a modicum of physical fitness, as you need to be able to hike up (and down) a muddy (it’s in a rainforest after all) mountain path. It’s a ton of fun, and our guide Adriana, and her assistants Zoe and (?)Jose were friendly and professional.

Our tour guide Gabriela was great! Friendly informative and captured videos for us. I will say, you will get wet and muddy! It’s also a bit of a work out! We took our 9 yr old and he handled it just fine. I recommend it!! Beautiful and fun activity.

Claire & Tarzan was amazing guides. I will highly recommend for families. We went on the tour with a 5 yr old. Both helped us out throughout & our little one had an amazing experience. Claire has a list of local recommendations too. Please ask, she will be happy to share.

Great experience. The hike through nature was one of a kind. The young adults truly enjoyed jumping off a rock/small cliff and using a rope to jump into the water. Plenty of time at the waterfall to enjoy the experience. The guide, Brittany, was extremely personable and energetic while maintaining her professionalism. However, she should provide some information/education about El Yunque during the hike (history, highlights, fauna, flora, etc.). We recommend doing the tour as early as possible as the area gets very crowded with tourists. The pace was perfect, but keep in mind that you will be walking through plenty of mud and a water crossing (potentitally up to your knees). We do not recommend sneakers or water shoes for the actual hike as they increase your risk of slippering and falling when walking through the mud. Bring hiking boots/shoes. However, water shoes would be very useful once at the waterfall. Definitely recommend this experience!

Tarzan, he's the best guide! I lost my Apple Watch when I jumped off one of the stones and he found it. I didn't even realize it! The experience was magical, the river was rich!
