Jorge was an excellent captain and took great care of us. Got to see a few sea turtles and lots of fish, even though the weather was not ideal. Snacks and drinks were nice after swimming and snorkeling.

Angel and Captain Jorge made the whole trip seamless. Everything from the time I booked, questions in the lead up, communication the day before and the morning of to the trip itself and all aspects of boat were made very easy on us. Carefree fun for the whole family. A truly great vacation experience!

Tour was canceled the morning of our trip. Paid $1099 and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Makes booking another trip a little difficult the morning of - as most other trips were booked. We went to the beach and the kids enjoyed the waves and sand. A little cloudy but the sun peaked around 3pm and provided us a gorgeous afternoon.

Thanks for the review as we explained multiple times we dont hold the money …that was viator … of course we cancelled because we only want the best for our clients if you booked last minute and wanted a cloudy rainy afternoon you should have booked another tour that only do it for the money not the experience …

Also the beach that you went was not the island and location that we go you dont understand what we explained multiple times as you only cared for you and not our crew and boat safety !!!!

Nice boat, friendly captain, good snacks, beautiful setting. My only feedback is that while the listing advertises rum drinks and pina coladas, they didn’t seem to be an option. Otherwise a great day and exactly as advertised.

Much better experience than being with all the tourists. The captain was a gentleman and had beers, sandwiches, fruit that was perfect for a hot day. Also brought us to snorkel spot and beach before the crowds

From the moment we arrived at the private marina, we were greeted warmly and were taken care of by Angel and his crew. Our family or 5 had an excellent trip, and were able to adjust the times of each stop to meet our needs. We preferred to spend a bit of extra time snorkeling, and Angel took us to the perfect location. He is informative & attentive. Small details such as mooring the boat at a respectful distance from others is an indication of his attention to details. Then he found us the perfect spot for us to come ashore to enjoy the gorgeous beach. We also rented the Seabob, which was well worth it and a huge hit with the teens. Highly recommend this well run family business!

From entering the marina to taking us back to the parking lot our experience was outstanding. Communication with Captain Angel was excellent and he was very courteous and attentive to all of us and especially the children and the baby. Beverages , snacks and sandwiches were very good and the weather was spectacular. Palomino was beautiful and our family of five adults and three children can’t wait to do it again.

My husband and I and our three boys had a great time. Captain Luis did a great job getting us to the island and back. He also made sure we had everything we needed for a fun day. The weather didn’t cooperate, so we ended up skipping the snorkeling sight and going back early, but it was still one of our favorite days on our vacation.
