This was the most amazing time! My daughter commented that she felt like she was living a dream! Alex was extraordinary! We saw so many things… coral, fish, stingrays, octopus, turtles, stingrays! It was an incredible day! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Old, gross boat. Dirty. Hard wood plank seats. Stuff everywhere on the boat so no room for your own stuff. Very narrow. Owner with major attitude when things have issues. Not accommodating.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. From the moment you arrived at the port, our team tried to offer you alternatives so that you could enjoy the service.
You stated that the boat you had booked was not to your liking. We explained that the boat has comfortable seats with backrests, which you could use during the trip and which were offered to you, but you decided not to accept them. In addition, we informed you that we had a larger and more comfortable boat available for an additional cost, an option you decided not to accept. You were also offered a credit for another date on any of our other boats, even though the tour had not yet begun, but all alternatives were rejected.
Our vessel complies with safety, maintenance and cleanliness standards and has received numerous positive reviews from customers who have enjoyed the experience, something you yourself acknowledged during the conversation. As for the refund, this did not apply according to our cancellation policy, which is clearly stated at the time of booking.
We always strive to be flexible and provide reasonable solutions to our customers. We regret that we were unable to reach an agreement that was to your liking.

We had the BEST time on our tour with Alex. He took us out on a small boat to a beautiful private island and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect day. He brought fresh fruit, sandwiches, and a cooler fully stocked with water, sodas, and beer.
What stood out the most was how much he went above and beyond to to make sure I got the perfect shot of a sea turtle and pointed out so many cool fish along the way. He’s incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around.
If you’re looking for a memorable, personal, and super enjoyable experience, book with Alex. You won’t regret it!

If you head to PR, this is a must do excursion!!! You won’t regret it. Alex was very hospitable and went above and beyond to call and remind us of our set time. Alex also made sure to provide us with the best experience possible, after arriving a couple of hours late. He was very flexible and just wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves with the remainder of the allotted time. Highly recommend him, and would be willing to book him for a future excursion.
Note: if you want the great views and chill vibes, I’d recommend to book the morning slot.

The entire experience was beyond amazing. We were 6 total, and our captain, Alex, gave us full blown VIP treatment every second of the trip. Before leaving the dock, the captain gave us a 1 minute recap of what to expect (site seeing, snorkeling, anchoring at crystalline beaches, grab a bite, etc.). Alex asked, and took mental notes of what our expectations were and managed to exceed each and every one of our requests. Starting with a serene take-off with the music of our choice and some neat facts of our surroundings, and then sped up a little to get that amazing wind-in-your-hair boat experience, all while Captain Alex remained vigilant of the sea, as well as our body language to ensure we are safe, comfortable, and have anything we may seem to be needing at any time (sunglasses from our backpack or water from the ice box he the charter provides). Throughout the ride, the captain also provided us with our favorite music, playing it at the volume of our preference. Before we knew it we were anchored in an amazing spot on the first beach destination, Icacos. Alex helped us get down to the crystal clear water which barely reached our shoulders (about 4 ft deep) and about 15 steps from the beach. Some in the group wanted to snorkel over the reefs around the beach. Upon our request the captain immediately provided all equipment and instructions; he also joined us to show us the logistics of it and take us to good spots. After snorkeling, sunbathing, and swimming, Cpatina Alex took us to the next beach, Palomino. I can just describe it as the same amazing experience times two! There was something different this time... Alex drove slowly upon arrival to Palomino and pointed out to beautiful sea turtles swimming freely within a few feet from the boat. After anchoring at this second beach, we played a bit of volleyball on the sand, and our captain even joined in the fun, while consistently offering to bring us any refreshments, snacks, or whatever gears we had left back in the boat. After about another hour there we took off again to the last destination, Palominito. The ride was everything, the experience kept getting better and better, more enjoyable and fun each time. Since there is no place to anchor or dock on this last island, the captain stopped the boat to provide and provided a description with history of the sites. From there, we headed back to dock on yet another fun and exhilarating boat ride. I highly recommend this to anyone that enjoys boat rides and the beach life. All you'll need is your swimwear, sunblock, and towel for when you wash off the sand and saltwater at the freshwater shower at the doc (since you'll dry off in the boat in no time between destinations). If you have the amazing luck my group and I had to have Alex as your captain, you will get nothing short of VIP treatment, VIP tour, VIP locations, VIP accommodations, VIP ride, but best of all, a memory that will top most of your most cherished dreams!

Alex our captain was excellent , explained everything in detail, made us feel safe when we went snokeling in the beautiful waters of Icacos. We saw turtles and multiple beautiful fish! Will definitely recommend!

Alex took great care of myself and my family. We enjoyed the trip with 2 kids (16 and 12). We have various levels of comfort and ability to swim. Alex took special care to teach my 16 year old to swim. My son began the day planning to stay in the boat and ended by enjoying the snorkeling and feeling much more comfortable in the ocean. Alex helped us find sea turtles and we spent a lot of time watching the many fish on the reef. Alex made sure we all felt safe with him and gave us a fun ride through the waves! This was the highlight of our vacation and an experience of a lifetime!!!

I booked this excursion 2 days before going and everything went smoothly. Our Captain was great, and his assistant Francesca was very knowledgeable. I went with my kids and they absolutely loved every minute. My son loved how fast the boat went. They played music and provided plenty of drinks. The lunch was small
Sandwiches and fruit, which my kids devoured. I would suggest if you have adults with bigger appetites, you should bring your own food and snacks. I will definitely be using this company again on my trip back to PR.

Absolute best experience of our family trip to PR! Alex, our captain, was awesome!! We snorkeled the coral reef off of Icacos, enjoyed the breathtaking beaches of Icacos and Palomino, and snorkeled Palomino where we spotted sea turtles. The snacks and drinks were a fantastic surprise. Our son lost his wallet at some point IN THE WATER, Alex found it after our trip, contacted us, and we will be picking it up! Francesca and Joel were such kind and fun boat hosts. Good music and beautiful beaches. We got to snorkel and it was my friends’ first time. Joel was great at guiding her and they both provided an amazing experience for us all. We got to see so many fish and even got to see some turtles on the way to Palamino. 10/10 would recommend!
