We were so happy to get this tour, as it was last minute and all were sold out. Our tour guides were very entertaining and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the hike through the Yunque forest, climbing rocks and jumping into the river. Just be warned that your shoes will get muddy!

Incredible Experience!!

Best tour company in Puerto Rico! The waterfall and the rope jumping were incredible! Best tour guides!!

Crowded and difficult terrain.

Kristy_N, Jan 2024
The guide was absolutely wonderful. But the trail was muddy and very slick. The first pool was crowded. There were many tours there. The falls were a very difficult climb up higher. You actually had to be pulled up by a rope. Falls were ok. One jump and one slide on the rocks and you has to move on. If you like crowds this would be more your cup of tea.

Not worth it- almost fraud.

Walking through mud and climbing on rocks and roots. We DID NOT enter the National Park, there was no park entrance fee paid. We went on private land along a stream to a watering hole that was quite popular. They had rock slides and jumping off of boulders and a rope swing. We saw nothing of the national park.

10/10 Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and such a highlight. We are avid hikers and we were worried that a big group would slow us down or take away from the experience. On the contrary- there were plenty of guides so the fast people could go fast and the people who wanted to take their time had someone with them too. We used our time efficiently and the guides worry about the safety so we didn't have to. Pro tip is really need stable water shoes (think like keens) not crocs or sandals. Also bring one of those around the neck protectors for your phone if you want to bring it - otherwise the guides take photos and send to you later. They want to keep you safe by having hands/back free at all times. My daughter has an epipen that they carried for me in their dry bag.

Wonderful and...

Wonderful and conscientious guides led our family up into El Yunque. Loved the natural water slides, and the rope swing into clear deep pools

Do it! It's worth it.

Rainforest Adventure!

Challenging, adventurous and breathtaking! If you and your partner love to hike, climb rocks, love waterfalls and don’t mind getting muddy this experience is a must!

Unforgettable Experience!

Sophia_S, Dec 2021
This trip was our favorite tour in Puerto Rico, an unforgettable experience! Imagine an Indiana Jones-like trek through the rainforest, complete with tricky hikes, bouldering, body surfing, and cliff diving. Jaime, Michelle, and Luis were amazing guides who took great care of us and made sure we stayed safe. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an adventure!

Intense yet exciting experience

Nancy_W, Aug 2021
This was an exciting experience. I did things I had no idea I could do. We hiked up hills, walked through rugged trails, rock climbed, slide down two natural water falls and swam in a natural water pool. It is a physically intense excursion. If you are not use to intense physical activity, do not do this. It requires all your physical and mental strength to stay safe while enjoying the experience. And your group will become family as you all are trekking through the forest, helping each other get through the rough terrain. I would recommend anyone physically up for the challenge, to do this at least once in your life. The guides/life guards are extremely helpful along the journey. At the end, we went to Luquillo Beach for lunch. The beach was beautiful and fully stocked with merchants and restaurants for your pleasure.

Not exactly as described. Swimming required.

Randi_M, Jul 2021
Not a hiking tour. You must swim in deep water. The guides were great but when I booked this and asked if you had to swim and said my husband did not swim. They replied swimming was not required. What they meant by that was they would put a life jacket on him and he would have to swim with the life jacket. Transportation is only provided from certain hotels. We had to provide our own transportation to a Walgreens and pay extra to get home. My husband was able to hike for 20 minutes and then he just had to sit and wait. The rest of the hike was rock climbing, swimming and cliff jumping. The guides were very nice but this was the wrong trip for us. I would not have booked it if they said you had to swim. I asked 3 different times so I think they just thought a life jacket means no swimming.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!

Felix our tour guide was AMAZING!! This was certainly an experience to remember! We’d highly recommend!

Perfect hike

Alvin_P, Jul 2021
Frank was a highly knowledable and uplifting guide. This trail requires one to be in decent shape. There is some swimming, with life jackets on.

Amazing tour

Stephanie_M, Jun 2021
The highlight of my Puerto Rico trip. The tour guides were absolutely wonderful! We had so much fun and they helped us so much. Keep in mind, it is a pretty strenuous hike. There is a lot of slippery mud and rocks, narrow passages, climbing. But the guides give a helping hand every step of the way and it was an amazing experience!

Thrilling, fun, and safe

Diane_M, Jun 2021
The tour guide always referred to us as family, which made us feel very comfortable and safe! One of the guides also took pictures and made sure we received them! Such an amazing experience with amazing people.

Great Adventure!

Felix was great and the kids loved it! It was very muddy and messy but I was happy I didn’t sit this one out! The rainforest is absolutely beautiful. Felix took great care of me as the kids were on the slides and I watched from the side. Everyone enjoyed themselves. It’s worth the trip.

Best ever
