Overview

Travel with a private group through time visiting the Kelpies and to Doune Castle. Fantastic Tour for Outlander and Castles!

This was such a wonderful tour, Steve was our guide and he was fantastic! I’m a huge Outlander fan (not to an obsessed level but big fan), and my husband has hardly watched it — Steve was awesome at sharing information on both the locations as part of the show and some history — it was fascinating to see all of the filming locations, Steve came with a tablet that had photos of scenes which was awesome — highly recommend, especially if you’re an Outlander fan (I encourage you to splurge on this)!!

Our tour guide Sam was very nice and had great insight and stories. Even though the weather was not great, I still highly recommend the tour, although I was a little disappointed that we were not able to go to Midhope aka Lallybrook because it was closed, for any Outlander fan the tour was so worth it

Thank you for taking the time to review my tour. I am glad you enjoyed it. It is a shame Midhope is closed January to April, this is to let the residence who live there have time to themselves. Hopefully you can come back one day when it is open.
