This is a great experience to go out see Harry Potter landscapes as well as seeing the high lands and low Tour. Of Scotland. Taimur was a great Tour Guide that went out of his way to make sure we truly had an epic time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to more stops then we expected and was dedicated to making this more then just a tour.

The tour was very nice and enjoyable, the car was clean and comfortable, the snacks were nice, we also had an amazing time with our guide Taimur, who was very knowledgeable, detailed, and knew just how to capture our attention on a very long trip, he made it a very enjoyable trip and experience for us, the scenery was breathtaking, and the weather was very nice.

It was bad experience because I booked private tour which should be start at 8:30 but the driver came at 10
During this time I contacted VIATOR but they did nothing except wasting my time

First of all, let me apologise for your bad experience on this occasion, and allow me to reiterate what happened on the day.
Our guide had your incorrect phone number, which was a digit out. He thought he had made contact with you and arranged a pickup location, as there is no vehicle access to the hotel where you were staying in Princes Street. You had asked for a later pickup time, and we had explained that an 8.30am start was required on this occasion to see the train at 1:20. When you were late showing up, our guide assumed you had decided to go for the later pickup time you had requested and decided to wait for you at the arranged site.
Meanwhile, I appreciate you had contacted Viator customer support, but we cannot be held accountable for their failing in dealing with the situation.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, the correct number was given to our guide, who then picked you up at 9:40. He rearranged the tour to take you to all the sites listed, and see the later train at 3:00pm, which you seemed happy with.
However, we determined that on this occasion our service had not been to the standard to be expected due to the miscommunication and later start of the tour, and we offered you a partial refund as compensation, which you refused.
Once again, I am sorry the experience was not to the standard you and we had hoped for.

We had an expansive day trip across Scotland with our guide. We spent 12-13 hours total adventuring across the highlands. We saw Highland Coos (cows) and many natural attractions, castles and amazing landscape.

had a wonderful time with Brian on our private day trip from Edinburgh to the Scotland Highlands! We were able to see so many different iconic and beautiful spots in a day all thanks to Brian. Even well before the tour started, Brian was so easy to communicate with and made sure we were able to make the most of the daylight in the middle of winter with an earlier start date. We were able to customize and prioritize our tour (i.e., coffee breaks, photo opportunities with beautiful views at Glencoe and more, and especially the famous viaduct). We learned so much about Scotland with Brian’s enthusiasm and entertaining stories for history reference—his pride for Scotland is awesome! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and loved the sweet treats provided on our trip. If you want to explore the beauty of Scotland, I would highly recommend Brian with E2G Tours! 10/10!

Dave was our Tour Guide he was everything we had hoped for! My mom is disabled so she cant get around well, Dave was so patient a kind with her. He showed us all the beauty Scotland has to offer and even took us to a local fish n chips shop. We will never forget him or this tour. Scotland is definitely our new favorite country and I cant wait to return. We are not even Harry Potter fans and we loved this tour we saw so much of Scotland in one day. This tour is worth every penny spent! Just change the name of this tour to DAVES FANTASTIC ADVENTURE! - Much Love from KENTUCKY!

Not even a big HP fan but those in my family thought those parts were special. Long drive from Edinburgh but beauty everywhere along the way. Highlands were truly awe inspiring and I've seen some stuff!
Driver was professional photographer so picture taking was from great spots. Friendly and personable and accommodating and thoughtful in bringing some snacks and carrots (you'll see).

The Harry Potter tour was so much fun, our tour guide Brian was so informative and he catered to our needs having young kids on the tour. Seeing the Kelpie statues was a great start and feeding the Highland cows was the kids favorite but the adults loved the views of Glencoe and everyone loved the Jacobite train going over the Glenfinnan bridge!
The tour was like going on a fun family roadtrip!
