Neil was an excellent and entertaining guide for this fabulous experience. Not only did I get to walk away with a bespoke bottle of gin, I had a wonderful time learning about gin styles, history, and the characters of various brands and categories. I learned a lot and will encourage any friends and family who enjoy gin and cocktails to give this a go. If I was staying in Edinburgh longer, I would absolutely do the rum experience.

Absolutely amazing, he was knowledgeable, kind, funny, musical, and humble. He clearly is passionate and has found his niche in life. I had a great time. I thought I knew a lot about gin but I was wrong. Learning about all the flavors that go into a gin (while simpling a few) and then of course, making your own bottle (and learning how easy it is) was the highlight. I'd recommend this trip to anyone.
