The guide was great 😃 interesting facts and a nice view from the boat. We got off in Dun Laoghaire and really loved that town. The guide also gave us great tips on places we definitely will be visiting.

Hi Saifulla Thanks for taking the time to review our trip and I am sorry to learn that you were unhappy with your experience. Due to congestion in Dublin Port because of a Regatta on Saturday 21 June, we were unable to dock at our usual departure point. Bus transfers were provided to the changed departure location and the sailing did operate normally from there. Staff were posted at both locations from 10.15am until after the check in time of 10.45 to ensure all passengers were directed to the bus and also to the boat. If you arrived at or before the appointed check in time of 10.45 our staff should have met with you and we do apologise that they did not meet you that morning. Kind regards Dublin Bay Cruises

The boat ride was long and boring. No narration. Did not know what we were looking at. Hard to find the starting location. It would have been better to take the transfer to town from the cruise ship.

It is a fraud they tell you they will give you the refund back but already weeks and they did not even bother to cotact me. By the way it was not even my fault as i was on the place they told me to be and they were not there and i call a minute after and they told me they just left, so disappointed i asked for my refund back.

Signed up for the 11.00am Dublin City Centre to Dun Laoghaire (1 hour) tour. Ended up on a 2+ trip that ended in Howth. Ok, but not what we had planned for. The €2 DART ticket not available since you had to purchase through ticket machine and not a person. Lovely cruise on bay, but not much to see.
