Not a reliable tour operator. Even Viator associates had hard time contacting and communicating with them. I would recommend arranging your own Parasailing activity either by a local or Hotel member when in punta Cana. Viator customer service was good, however what’s the point when I was not able to avail my booked activity with them and the tour operator they recommended on their website was not reliable and never showed up spoiling our entire day just waiting to connect with them. Viator did kindly agreed to refund me but it’s the experience that there is no refund for.

Beautiful parasailing, needs better communication

Parasailing overall was beautiful, but we were rushed from the beginning. The communication wasn’t very well organized as far as pick up that morning from our resort and once picked up we were rushed onto a boat and not much instruction given once being strapped onto the parasailing part.
