The pick up was comfortable but drop-off was not. We realize there was traffic on the return at ollantaytambo, but I wish we were informed in advance that we would have to walk our way to the hotel (in Ollantaytambo, as we picked that option). Other guests returning to Cusco were fine, I think! It wasn’t more than a 10-15 min walk but this is about customer experience. Our guide should have warned us about it in advance.
Lunch was great and visits / breaks between different places were well coordinated. Our guide was fine overall but we did not feel it was an extraordinary tour. We overheard other guides share a lot more history and detail which we didn’t experience from our guide. We’ve definitely had better!

The trip started at 7:45 with a pickup from our hotel. Went to Pisco to see the Incan site, then went into the town of Pisco to shop. Continued on to Urubomba for a teriffic lunch. Not the standard roadside food, but real kicking great culinary experience. Then went Ollantaytambo to drop off a few of our group at train station and continued to the ruins near train station. Loaded up for return to Cusco, but wait…..one more stop at a really cool textile factory. Got back to hotel around 7:15p. It was a great day. Thank you Clara and our fantastic bus driver.

The tour guide, Rony, was friendly and knowledgeable. The views were beautiful and the buffet lunch was very good. I had a great time.
The only slight negative point was the confusing communication from the tour operator about where the tour pickup spot would be.

I wasnt sure about this tour at first. There was a lack of communication prior. Once the tour guide queoma started talking i knew it was going to be good. David the driver was excellent as well! It was the smoothest bus ride. Queoma had so much information on the history and culture of peru. The pace of the tour was perfect. There was an option to get off at ollytambo instead of going back to cusco which i would do next time. The bus was big and comfortable with big windows to take pictures.

I am very surprised this tour got such good ratings and suspect that Viator is selecting the reviews?
The tour guide - although very nice - didn't speak good english and the content shared was not very informative... We spent 40mins in shops, which when you pay £40 for the tour, i dont think is acceptable.

Loved all the background information from our guide, all the stops were great. We never went to the textile factory which was one of the reasons I booked this tour over some of the others so I was disappointed in that. The silver jewelry making was interesting but mostly just another stop to shop, we got some local food which was some of my favorite in Peru at that little town. Ruins and temples were amazing - some stair climbing required but not terrible. Would do this tour again!!

The Scared Valley Full Day tour was great. Adrien was very knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining. He went the extra mile to help us locate a pharmacy. It was a great experience. The sites were breathtaking and lunch was delicious as well. I highly recommend this tour.

El Valle sagrado es hermoso! Tuvimos un excelente guía de touristas. No nos vamos muy contentos porque no siguieron el itinerario marcado, no pudimos bajar a Awana kancha como menciona, tampoco conocimos Urumamba, en donde solo paramos a comer, pero no vimos nada. El chofer maneja muy mal, ni frena en los topes. En el itinerario menciona que si quieres tomar el tren de 4:30 les avises para que te lleven. Yo les comenté que tenía mis boletos de tren 4:30 pm y me hicieron cambiar mis boletos de tren. El día del tour si me llevaron temprano a la estación de tren y hubiera podido tomarlo a tiempo.
Mala comunicación por parte de la agencia.
