Deceptive business practices

I would not use this tour operator because we got the confirmation for 4:30am but the operator later stated via email that they would pick us up 30 minutes earlier which wasn’t in the confirmation or description. When we tried to contact them asking where are they said that we missed the pick up and would have to double pay for a taxi to get on the tour.

Weather changes very often. Walking uphill was more challenging than I thought but view is worth it. My tour guide, Jenkins, was very well experinced.
