Overview

The Samaria Gorge is one of the most popular hikes on Crete. It’s a one-way hike, which can make travel logistics difficult. Avoid the crowds of a tour and walk at your own pace by arranging a private round-trip transfer. Your driver will drop you off at the trailhead and pick you up at Sougia, which you can reach by ferry (own expense) from Agia Roumeli.
