This private taxi service was great. The driver was waiting outside the ferry port with our names showing. The taxi was big, there was 4 people and 4 luggage, plenty of room. We were given a bottle of cold water which was a nice touch as it was very warm outside. The driver was nice and polite and a very safe driver. The journey didn't seem to take long time at all. Would highly recommend

Booking the pick up was easy. However I had to email pick up time, didn’t get a response, I called customer service to confirm pick up time and I was assured we would be picked up at our request, and that did occur. Very nice riding vehicle, driver was attentive even stopped for a bathroom break.

The car was small, there was no water, the driver made me get him coffee and complained about how long it took, complained about how heavy the luggage was, and was just generally unpleasant. He did drive fine and got us to the correct location but not without more unpleasantness. I do not recommend.

Picked us up on time, clean car, and super professional. However, the driver dropped us off outside of the airport and not at departures which made it really confusing to navigate. We had to find our own way to the airport (~5 mins walk) and then find departures terminal on our own. If you had a lot of luggage or little kids, this could have been a struggle.

Our driver was in time and super professional. The trip was close to 2 hours l which allowed us to see the scenery and the changes in the landscape Crete has to offer from Heraklion to Chania. You can rent a car and make stops along the way But we really enjoyed this tranfer. I'll do it again.
