We decided to go rogue and book a non Disney excursion. I liked how they had a 24 hour cancellation policy which is more lenient than Disney. Communication through the app and WhatsApp was amazing and very responsive and they helped us book a time that accommodated our port times and location. Sadly someone on our ship had a medical emergency and instead of heading to Cozumel a planned we were diverted toward the keys. After the emergency was taken care of we arrived at Cozumel in the late afternoon instead of the AM. We had been SO excited to take this class as a family but weren’t able to make it due to the change in cruise course. It was less than 24 hours and I was worried I’d lose my money. They were so understanding of the situation and refunded our money. Definitely recommend!! If we ever have the opportunity to book with them again we will!!
