Anniversary Cruise to Cozmel

We had a great time. Wish we were able to post the beautiful pictures we took at this lovely Beach Club. We left the port and grabbed a cab for 30 bucks, it took us to the Beach Club where we were met by the friendly Staff. They greeted us and escorted us to our Jet ski while giving information about the Beach Club. My Husband Jet ski while I sat back and enjoyed a drink and shopping for souvenirs and designer bags. The people were extremely friendly and talkative with plenty of funny jokes. I'll be going back whenever I get to Cruise there again. Thank you for the hospitality.

They tried to charge me extra I purchased 30 min jet ski and beach access I was told I needed to pay extra for beach chair and umbrella. They will try to scam you.

When I got there they kept telling me I only rented 2 jet skis (even though I’m a family of 5) and we gave them our 3 reservation papers. The beach had bugs everywhere. Not a nice area at all. We also never got the the water or anything else it said it comes with the purchase. The jet skis were just okay, you got to go back and forth, that’s it. We would not book this again

They overbooked the...

They overbooked the amount of jet ski rentals per time slot to what they had available which in return left us having to split our group up. If we had the expectation going in- we would have been more understanding but they were not the nicest about the entire ordeal. As someone who is in hospitality- I have great patience for these scenarios. There was also a language barrier with the person at the station- recommend partnering non fluent speakers with someone who is more fluent considering the customer basis.

There was no waiting in lines. A quick taxi trip and led straight to the hut where we showed our reservation and we were able to begin. Started much earlier than a reservation. First time for most of us and had a great time. Very helpful.

Waiting for refund . Waters were too choppy for jet ski that day ….. maybe next time I’ll be able to ride and will have a fantastic time with the family

Great Jetski rental!

The Jetskis were very new and a ton of fun to ride! The zone you can ride in may not seem big when they show you but when you’re out on the water you can get up to 50-60mph. My group only did the 30 minute rental, but if you plan on going fast and don’t ride often you may not need more than that. Overall 10/10 rental

It was UNCLEAR that in renting for 2 adults, it was only 1 jetski. It was also SUPER unclear there was an additional charge for the water toys/blowups. Disappointed we had to spend more than double the $$ to get what we thought was included

New to jet skiing

The operators gave very little instructions. It's was less than 5mins of broken English and they set out on the jet ski with no guide. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT IS NEW TO JET SKIING EVEN IF YOU CAN SWIM.

We showed up early at 11:30 for our 12:00 pm reservation. They said they were closed on Sunday and ask if I could come back on Monday. I said no, eventually he shows up and all went well. Our kids really enjoyed their experience. Thank you for honoring your commitment.

We booked the jet ski rentals as a 2nd excursion in Cozumel!m but we should’ve just spent our day here! The ppl were so nice and helpful they had about 3 shops in the front ppl selling things they made, cigars, vapes ect! They had a pool and plenty of water inflatables out in the ocean for you to play on! They also have kayaking/paddle boarding! I didn’t see this beach club when looking for things to do so be sure to research “San Francisco beach club!”
