This is a wonderful marina wildlife park. The snorkeling is fantastic for people with different levels of skills, including children. You are able to just walk out and begin seeing a large assortment of tropical fish and other wildlife. There was 7 of us and we all had a great time. With unlimited drinks, lunch and snorkeling gear. We had great service and highly recommend. If you’re looking for a five star resort, this is not your place. This is not a party place. This is a place for anyone looking to interact with tropical fish with great snorkeling and a wonderful beach.
Park has gone downhill. Not at all like my last visit there 4 years ago. Hardly anyone there. Now a guide goes around with you trying to upsell. Not happy we were limited to time with snorkel gear. But our snorkel guide Jonathan was very nice. Really no beach area. But lots of chairs. Food was okay. Waiter Francisco couldn’t do enough for us. “Open
Bar” did not offer water bottles or any bottled alcohol other than Mexican beer.
You must take a taxi to the park $15. Open bar is 2 drinks and not everything on the bar menu is included. It’s a rum punch, sex on the beach, tequila sunrise or a well shot on ice. Lunch is also limited to 4 options….. quesadilla, chicken fajitas, nachos, and one other.
This ticket did not include everything it said it was supposed to. They did not want to let us into the park. I suggest walking up to the park and getting a ticket at the gate.
Alex and Max were friendly and attentive hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and snorkeling. The service and food were excellent. We would definitely go back!
Not worth the money for the food and bar package. The options of food were minimal. The food was not that great. It wasn’t a full bar you were limited there too. Chankanaab has a beautiful reef that is worth exploring. I just wouldn’t waste my money on this package.
The snorkeling was beautiful and we saw many types of fish. The staff made our experience easy and fun. Food was excellent.
The beach experience and our server while we at the beach, he kept the drinks coming and served up lunch right on time.
My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. 10 out of 10 experience. We will be back for another visit the hospitality was Amazing.
Relaxing by the water and walking through the garden. Max and Brandon gave great customer service ! We enjoyed the Sea Lion show also.
The ticket I received didn’t really help. I had a panic attack because I was not told who to meet, where to meet…specifics would’ve helped. Thank God for Ramero! I give him and his boss 5 stars for taking care of my son and I. I’m from TX, not used to tourist attractions.
The park was beautiful! I chose the all day pass, but there are other options and I’m glad I did because I stayed for multiple hours and had a great time. Max along with Gladis and Perla did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend you spend some time here while in Cozumel. Sea lions and dolphins as well, let’s go!!!!
We definitely did not enjoy our time here. Food wasn’t great at all and limited us on what we could have.
I was a little upset when we arrived and we showed them our tickets they told us that the pool was not included and that was a different company. We had booked this trip because we had babies that needed the pool area. We did have a great time and our waiter was amazing but we did not get to go to the pool area.
The staff was great and very accommodating. The location has a little of everything. Was only like 5 minutes drive from the cruise port.
Server (Luis) was great. Park was nice. But not much of a beach/swim area. Drinks were weak. Lunch buffet that was included was not good at all!!!
The beach front and the food were good and relaxing. The bees were a big annoyance not necessarily their fault.
Great place to visit! There’s was so much to do we only saw half of the things offered. The food was great, the drinks were good and tequila tasting was really good (the tequila was expensive though) I would definitely recommend checking this place out we would absolutely go again. My only negatives were there were sooo many bees at the lunch area I got stung pretty bad (but I’m not sure they can do much about that with all the sweet drinks) and the waiter forgot about our drinks a few times (but they were very busy and he was running around all over)
The beach area is beautiful but beware! Even though we did not go into the area that cost extra they tried to collect it from us before we left. We had to keep showing the guy what we already paid for and had to explain multiple times that we did not go to the area that cost extra. Make sure you keep your receipts showing what you already paid for. If we had not be bugged and bugged for more money we would have given 5 stars
Very disappointed. Much more expensive than buying there. Viator is no longer the n business I have nothing

Thank you for your comments. we are sorry to hear you think this package is expensive but this includes the entrance admission fees, a lacrate lunch, Open bar and complete snorkeling gear plus the amenities at the park such as Sea lion shows, archaelogical area with botanical gardens, hammocks and loungers and beach area.
If you still think this was not of your liking we will try our best to offer more inclussions next time for you.

The staff was amazing,it was very peaceful. We saw so many fish while Snorkeling. The food was the best!
The service was great, and the staff were very accommodating. The food and drinks were excellent. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, compared to other beaches. I highly recommend this excursion. It is well worth the money. We will defiantly return.

Really fun experience! Even if you don’t want to get in the water with the dolphins, there is a $5 band you can buy to watch the activities in the dolphin experience that lets you enjoy them without getting wet. Really nice staff, pretty views and the gardens are beautiful.
