When we arrived at the meeting point at Chunky Monkey tours 30 minutes before tour time nobody was there we waited over an hour and no one showed up. We were told by a neighbor business this happens a lot. Refund due.

We had a great experience renting the e-bikes and discovering the island on our own! We even headed to Chunky Monkey and got a free round of tequila shots on the house! Definitely recommend this excursion if you want to comfortably discover the island at your own pace.

We were in Costa Maya on a cruise and the owner showed great hospitality. He took us to his new restaurant called Chunkey Monkey and served us drinks and food. It was amazing!
