We had a very pleasant experience @ Arrecifes today. Taking transportation from the port was fairly easy and it was $4 per person. The staff were friendly, genuine, and attentive. They filled our drinks regularly and brought them to us. There were a few adequate choices for lunch. We stuck to what was included, but the fresh fish family style looked amazing. The beach had clear waters and was warm. The massage was my favorite but the whole day was very nice and low key! I would suggests depending on the season to get there early to avoid crowds and don’t forget to tip— their main source of revenue comes from tourism! Bring a screenshot or print out of what you purchased.

I didn’t even want to give them a one. It states all inclusive but you have one meal (and your gonna get harassed for a tip for everything they offer) the messages were great but get ready once again… (they’re going to run you down for a tip)food was HORRIBLE!!!!! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We appreciate your feedback, but l was keeping an eye on you. I find it unfair that you’re making this comment simply because we didn’t allow you to order more dishes that what you paid for. The website clearly states what you ordered.
And the tips is optional, it’s never requerid.
Regarding the food, we would have appreciated it if you had come to the register, and we would have been happy to assist you..
However this situation was never brought to our attention.

I am very disappointed that Viator offers this excursion. We had to sit in taxi to wait for more people, which took away from our time at the resort. The taxi ride there was very uncomfortable because of the dirt road with potholes. This place is in a very rundown area of town. Our server did not understand our food order and brought us 3 small tacos for 2 people. This was finally corrected after a long wait. Drinks were small and watered down. The beers were the only drinks we enjoyed. The beach could not be enjoyed because of the seaweed. I understand that the people are in need of money, But I do Not understand why they had to bother us every few minutes. This excursion was not worth the money that was charged. The only thing was worth anything was the massage. I will have to give some serious thought before using Viator again.

Well worth the price!
On the unfortunate side, although tix were purchased from the Viator app by 2 different parties, we were given 2 different packages. Also, they claimed to have run out of certain beers. The servers were great.

The massage on the beach was excellent and our host Carlos was great too. The spot on the beach was nice and clean. The food was good. Make sure you take pictures of your package there is no Internet and you can't see what your package paid for or the map. It was a good experience, I would come back.

We booked this excursion when pulling into port on a Carnival cruise. The advertisement for this place is deceiving. The taxi pulled up to a shack and behind the walls was a beach with vegetation grown up, two pitiful looking digs and the smell of the place was in bearing. The place did not look safe. I could not eat anything prepared there. We immediately left and went back to where the ship was docked and had a nice time. The staff members were kind and friendly. I requested a refund from Viator and recommended that this place be removed from their site. I went to the Viator site because I have found their excursion to be quality, safe and fun. This place is no representative of Viator.

Unfortunately they were taken to another place, what you describe is not a place that l have in Viator.
What you describe has never happened here at our facility.
Maybe you wanted a refund for no reason but this is not the way to get attention.
I am always pending the arrival of reservations and this never happened.
