This was an amazing tour. Sarah is very knowledgeable and shared some fun stories and made us all feel very well taken care of. She never rushed us and was able to expound on every question we had.

Tour agency and guide were very disrespectful. The information and tour itself was very good, but the employees were extremely rude.

Of course, you are fully entitled to leave a review here, but we must also make the following comment regarding this specific incident:
The customer's behavior fluctuated between politeness and extreme offensiveness and aggression. In the presence of witnesses in the office and outside he verbally abused our staff in a very rude manner. Neighboors saw the scene and intervened.
We are a company that attaches great importance to social standards, the wellbeing and safety of our staff and guides, as well as that of our guests. We are always open to feedback, especially if it is based on true events.

Relaxed and informative circuit of Cologne city. I was lucky to have great weather on a Sunday. Partly due to the sunshine there were lots of other tourists to weave your way through in the latter parts of the tour

This was an outstanding tour with our guide Christian. The focus of the tour was on what the city is like and what it means (and has meant) to the people who live there. A fair amount of history was included, but as it directly relates to the life and culture of the city. Christian also dealt with sensitive topics (e.g., Nazism and the Holocaust) in a critical and thoughtful way, and several of the sites where we stopped related to these events. He was also very personable and knowledgeable, as well as being responsive to the needs and interests of group members. I highly recommend this tour.

Victor’s first time being a guide and he did very well. Lots of places to see and the bikes were good and easy to ride. Lots of opportunities for photos. Had a stop at the cathedral and looked inside and lovely rose garden. Very enjoyable tour!

Went as a solo traveller. The tour guide was very informative, fun and included everybody. It was a small group, everyone was really nice. It’s good to see other parts of Cologne other than the centre on a bike. It’s quick to get around on a bike. Glad I did this

Sander our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We biked over the rhine and thru the neighborhoods learning about the history of cologne. I would highly recommend sander and this tour.

Fantastic three hour bike tour with Paul.
Loved riding all over Cologne-7 miles total.
Really enjoyed the park-would not have seen so much on foot. Quick stop at the ice cream stand was perfectly timed.

Our tour guide , Sarah, was engaging, knowledgeable and fabulous in ensuring our group was taken care of, and had fun. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wishes to see and experience ‘Old and New’ Cologne. I hadn’t ridden a bike in years but with Sarah in the lead, did not feel at all unsafe on the road.

Excellent tour of iconic parts of the city. Bike riding was not stressful. I opted for the e-bike but would have been fine without it as the ride was 95% flat. The tour guide Sarah was amazing. Very happy to share her local knowledge. If you want a quick but informative tour then this is the tour for you.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job on the tour, giving us history and tips on where to go spend more time within the city. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and it was difficult navigating through the crowds on bikes, so I would recommend booking at times when crowds are smaller.
